Today at or around 8:30 Am, I ordered 2 steep teas (drive thru), paid and left for work. At work, I realized they gave one coffee by mistake. After an hour, I went back from my work. Informed them the same. Girl named Anmol (Rude) at window said it could have done by mistake and if you’re looking for free steep tea, make sure to get coffee cup back next time. I was like, I’m not asking for your $ steep tea for free. I’m just here to inform you politely that you gave the wrong order.Surprising part is: She said what’s the deal if it was wrong order and left the window aggressively. There was a calm boy at window, attended very well and felt sorry from her side.I remained at window and told the boy that I’m not seeking an apology here but the way of communication must be good if the customer is in conversation politely.

This place does not even deserve 1 star but sadly google does not allow 0 stars. I am a regular at tim hortons. This location by far has to be the worst i have visted by far. I ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap with no bacon and no tomatos. At the ordering speaker they were not listening first and foremost, i ordered a wrap and they said do you still want that coffee? I never asked for a coffee. I told them my order, luckily enough for me i tried the wrap at the window. The wrap was filled with nothing but salt, bacon and tomato. A complete mouthful of salt. I dont think i have had worse food any where. I asked for a refund when i told her about my wrap she said "ill make you a new one" as i insisted i would like a refund because i dont eat bacon and the salt left a horrible taste in my mouth. She closed the window and said NO i cant give you that, you ordered it. She then tried to hand me another wrap, after yelling and telling me to get out of here. I would never go there if they paid me to go there. She then said im not talking to you and turned around with her back facing me. Such an immature lady with 0 people skills and service skills. Ridiculous that she even got hired here. People like this really tarnish a brand and make people not want to go there. When i asked for a manager she started yelling telling me this is what i ordered and she has a long line behind me and i need to move and get out of here. If it was up to me she would be fired on spot. The name of the two immature ladies are SHAZIA AND ANOOP! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY IMMATURE, 0 COMMUNICATION SKILLS, 0 PEOPLE SKILLS. I AM CONFIDENT SHE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT THE MANAGER TO ASK WHY THERE IS A REFUND REFLECTING IN THE REGISTAR. 0/10 for these 2 people. They cannot be working in this industry because the rest of the reviews really reflect where this tim hortons is going. Erika if you are seeing this. This happened approx at march 20th 5:45pm.

Terrible experience with Anoop and Shazia they refused to give me a refund after giving me the wrong wrap. So much attitude and yelling. Telling the person who ordered the wrap that they aren't the customer, and in her exact worlds '' I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to the other person can you leave''. As someone who worked at McDonalds I have never treated anyone with that much disrespect and I have dealt with a lot of frantic, angry, and upset customers. I am extremely disappointed that these two people working at this Tim Hortons are destroying the brands name. These 2 women do not deserve to be in an industry with customer service. It is ridiculous to even think how they treat other customers. They decided to be very mature about the situation by closing the drive thru window and when i requested a manager they decide to walk away from the window. Then i had to go inside and get the names from a different person. All I can say is this is the worst customer service I have seen in 15 years and I would recommend Tim Hortons cuts those 2 loose as they made me never want to go back there again. These two will be the reason people stop going to Tim Hortons.Ps. Reading other reviews this makes a lot of sense.

Staff is very rude specially night crew i come here all the time some times they keep talking and customers keep waiting at front. I don’t want to complain about food but please treat your customers well no one is getting anything for free.

If I have option of giving zero I would love to give you that . The staff is very rude and don't know to provide customer service. Ordered potato wedges was not warm enough so told them to heat them up and they started argue that no body else complaint why are you complaining. Moreover the store has no supervisor or manager present at set time. A guy told me the name of girl is harleen and guy name is harsh. Prefer not to go there.

This location staff(especially girls) required customer service training. They are rude,sarcastic and make customer feel insulted by mocking on their orders.Customer doesn't work in food industry and may not know exactly the proper way of particular beverage. It can be corrected but this one girl choose to repeat the same order in mocking way to her colleague.I wish I know her name so I can mention but I am not surprised that they don't wear their name tags either.Tims is a reputable food franchies and my favorite place to go.Management should pay close attention to these new hired young girls and invest time in customer service etiquett training.

Ordered a coffee and a Raisin Bran Muffin, fairly simple order. That's what she keyed into the system and what showed up on the drive through display. When I got home I find out they gave me a banana muffin. It's no surprise there are so many 1 star ratings for this location. 50% of my order is wrong. I also see that the manager provides a standard automated response, which shows they don't care, it's a copy paste including typos, with a name change, what a joke. So there is no training and no accountability. All they want is our money. I have had bad experiences in the past too. This location sucks.

Worst customer service my brother asked for ice cap with extra cream the order taker was so rude she has a angry face since I started ordering she didn’t put extra cream upon asking for it she was like he never asked for it but he asked twice it’s not worth spending almost 30$ like literally guys get a life or stay positive while in customer service you guys handing out food with the same energy that you are going through and don’t b so rude with anyone management should look into it help staff to stay positive and happy so they can serve with same energy. Literally worst experience!!!!

There is no chipotle sauce in Framer's egg and cheese. I asked for a farmer's egg and cheese homestyle biscuit but the counter guy with a light mustache styles Indian guy ( around 20 to 23 years old ) gave me egg and cheese and added hashbrown separately. I had to pay $1 more for this. Please guy be careful before coming to this location. So people do not have proper knowledge about their menu.
