Service very bad when there is female student working there, either they have language problem or they don’t know what they are suppose to do. They always mess up my order. Including female student manager.

Staff are unable to follow instructions when the manager isn't present. It is like night and day between quality of food once the manager isn't around. Toasted bagels come untoasted, drinks aren't made to par. It honestly feels like the staff just doesn't care about quality.

Aklema was too rude when i simply asked her to change my french vanilla which was too cold. Though at first I ordered the Large one but I was okay to take medium as well but her behaviour was not so good.Customer satisfaction ZERO ??
