yesterday evening i visit the tim hortons service done by the employee was excellent she was very fast and quick . i have two wraps order she has line up still deal with me in a nuce way .

Slowest service ever seen at any tim....not once,number f times..ordering one plain coffee takes forever to order and get it

Firstly, the person was too slow. But what really upset me was his behavior while serving customer next to me. The girl ordered a coffee and croissant. After serving the coffee, the server told the girl that they were out of croissant and that she should have checked before ordering. To which customer ask refund which she declined and asked the customer to come tomorrow for refund. Then the customer requested to at least change the coffee, which was cold by then, to which she refused again. And then, without provocation, she said to the customer that I'm not ur servant. All of this is totally unacceptable by tim hortons standard,to get a refund is customers right if they are not satisfied by the service. Please do something about the service and have your workers well trained. Otherwise, you will ruin the image of tim hortons. This incident happened at 6:15 pm. on February 6.

I posted a positive review a few days back but i deleted it and correcting my review. this tim horton sucks as there is 0 customer service and the employees will argue with you. They dont count the money and always forget to return the change. Kamal was the person I was dealing with and her customer service skills are absolutely 0. She has no clue how customer service works in canada.

I goto this walmart but i just switched my goto store from timhortons to mcdonalds as the staff here has 0 clue of what customer service is.. The way they argue with you is just UNACCEPTABLE...

Hi Most of the things were good but the problem is with the food standards .I ordered a farmers wrap and the hasbrown inside was hard as rock i literally took the hashbrown out so i can eat the wrap . I know its not that busy at the retaurant but u guys should make the stuff in small quantity , instead of serving experied hashbrowns and other food items . Need to focus on food standards

Worst customer service ever seen at any tim’ location. There employees need training. Ordered veggie bowl, after waiting for 10 minutes the lady comes up with the order and tells u i charged u for the veggie wrap not veggie bowl. So take wrap. Like seriously did i asked for a wrap or bowl. U dnt understand the difference, thats not the reply oh i charged u for this only so go for it. What if i have any food allergy and u charged me for different food item. So am i obliged to eat that only, the real question comes here. Very poor service pls listen to ur customers orders. Dnt make food orders just looking at ur convenience only. Hope so u guys will take care in future.

This location is just ridiculous , though I have many worst experiences with this location as I have no choice of having tea or coffee (due to working in same plaza), but their service is getting worse day by day. Today I ordered Chai tea double double, instead of it they gave me Coffee DD. Moreover, they have big concern with quantity, the wedges they offered was just half of actual one. Its just suggestion to Manager of this location to take some initiative to improve your service and also advise your staff to provide tray, whenever asked, as every time, staff has big excuse as they don't have in stock. I will never recommend this location to anybody unless or until emergency.So please if you are charging for full, at least provide satisfactory service.

Overall not happy with service here. They don't have dark roast beans so they are not serving dark roast coffee.Asked for a carry out tray for my drinks oh sorry we don't have any at the moment. It is coming in tomorrow.Service Overall customers waiting in line but no sense of urgency. Attendant is changing water in the little red bucket.No sense of respect that people there don't speak their language and chatting in punjabi.Surely won't be visiting this one from now on.

My friend order 2 coffee nd 2 bagel’s both bagel’s were wrong nd coffee taste is disgusting I asked my friend go nd tell them she said always happened nd supervisor is so rude always I was told she is not listening to anyone ,sorry for the owner ?they decide to make her supervisor this is a business lady not joke they need to change staff .

Weny and taran provided bad service I went there and ordered hashbrown with everything bagel , when I got it and asked her where is hashbrown, she told me I did not charge you , I was like I ordered then she saud she did not hear.Then next day I ordered egg muffin without lettuce as taran put it again and told me she did not hear then I told her why you guys do this always . Then weny came out of sudden start yelling at me why you’re talking to my associates like this , when I am simply asking.I never gonna go there back.I did not no response from general manager, waste of time
