Why is this location charging extra for cream. I asked for extra cream in an ice capp and got charged .50$ cents more. This is the biggest modern day scam/robbery I have every encountered. And Tim hortons you really need to do something about this. Multimillion dollar company stealing/robbing from their customers. What if I drink a coffee made with 3 or 4 creams, am I going to getcharged extra for that as well?

The workers are very fast, but every time I go and give them cash they never seem to give me my change back. In the drive-through whenever I hand them change or cash, they say thank you after giving me my food and close the window even though I should be getting change back from my order.

As usual, Tim Hortons is the place to have a quick bite with amazing coffee with your friends or clients . This location is one of the best in Brampton. I visited this place to meet one of my friends . The best part of this location is that it is quieter than other locations, and you are able to have a proper discussion with the people you are sitting with.

I went to Drive thru got my order placed, went to the window pay for the order and then they asked me to DRIVE AROUND 1 MORE TIME, when said NO they said to park in parking lot, so I parked and they called me to the window to PICK MY ORDER, SERIOUSLY WHAT THE POINT OF DRIVE THRU IF THEY WANT ME TO GET OUT OF MY CAR TO PICK THE ORDER OR DRIVE AROUND AGAINNN..... WELL THE FOOD IS GOOD AS ALWAYS BUT THE SERVICE IS WORSTTTTTT

I ordered medium regular copy drive thru. At the counter she asked, it is French vanilla? I told her it is regular. When I checked after reaching office. It was half cup of French vanilla. It could be left out by someone. They charged my card for French vanilla. I had to through it out.

Wow. Absolutely blown away by this location. I live in Woodbridge but come to this Tim's location on a daily basis. Sometimes 2 3 times a day. This location is out of my way by 15 minutes every day, yet it doesn't bother me at all. The worst thing you can start off your day by is with a nasty tasting morning coffee. This location never seems to fail. Those 15 mins are well worth it for me personally.The other day I was occupied on a business call, and I gave the lady a $20 bill, grabbed my coffee and drove off. I go back the next day, and they handed me a bag of change from the previous day where I had forgotten to take my change.This act absolutely blew my mind. So not only is their coffee consistent, but they have hard working, honest staff members. Making consistent coffee is hard enough for a lot of locations, let alone honest and hard working staff. I've been to some locations where their extremely lazy to physically check if theirs any food and they'll simply say no.Thank you to each and every one of you who work hard, and help serve others. Your hardworking skills are exceptional, and it really shows. Again, Thank you for all your efforts!Best Regards,Permanent Customer.

Not a good location. Customer service is 0% the priority and churning out below mediocre orders at a lightning fast speed is what they’re after clearly. The locations not busy but I’m starting to get the picture why.
