This place always seams to amaze me........... If you order something that takes a minute or 2 to make they stick their head out the drive thru window and tell you to stop well before the window ...... I can only assume this is because they are measured on some sort of metric and this is their way of circumventing it. When the drive is moving people they are more concerned with having as many people in and out then they are with order accuracy. a simple medium coffee with 1 milk and 1 sugar shouldn't be as complicated to make as they make it seem I would say at least 2 times per week they put cream in my coffee. the order accuracy on a simple order like that should be 100%

I go there every single day, not by choice but because there is no other Tim's nearby, there is this girl that works at Drive Thru, calls herself Mina, extremely rude, this morning around 9.35 November 29, I ordered my Usual, Medium coffee and when I got home I saw they gave me incorrect coffee, many times they put sausage in my egg n cheese, I am vegetarian, few times when I ordered egg n cheese combo with hashbrown, they put hashbrown inside my sandwich instead of putting it on the side, today I decided to let them know about all this, I went back with my coffee, forget about apologizing not a single person said sorry, this girl (Mina) is always is blaming others saying stuff like "Its not my job", "I did not make it", "I was not here yesterday" etc. , so I wonder what her job is really, she blamed it on the person who took and made the order, I saw the order was taken correctly, so its her who did not check the order before handing it over, when I asked for her name , she wouldn't tell me nicely, I asked her for her name tag, the reason one is suppose to wear name tag is the fact that it is a customer's right to know who served them, she responded that it was none of my business, I am not sure why Tim's has fallen so below its standard in the recent years, employing such rude and dumb customer service people, she kept yelling and ignoring my complaints, and closed the window on my face practically telling me to get lost. If Tim's is reading this, please check posts on twitter, I am not the only one complaining. Why doesn't this happen to Starbucks? They have quality of people working for them not sure why Tim's is not looking for the same quality in their staff, the same girl confirmed when I was complaining, I was surprised when she said " You are not the only one whose order we get wrong" lol. What a response.I asked her for her manager and she said the Manager is not at the store and that she doesn't know when her Manager comes and goes. I wanted to talk to that nice lady I think her name is Sulekha, the manager.
