For CONNIE! My gratitude for the exceptional service I received from one of your staff members, Connie, at this Tim Horton's location at drive thru. She went above and beyond to ensure my child's safety and comfort, and her caring and personalized approach left a lasting impression on me.During my visit today, I had ordered a hot chocolate for my child. Connie noticed that it was very hot and recommended that I add cold milk to it to cool it down and prevent my child from burning his mouth. Her quick thinking and genuine concern for my child's well-being truly impressed me and melted my heart.I am not a fan of Tim Horton's customer service. But I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and commend CONNIE for her outstanding service. Her actions exemplify the high standards of customer care, and I am grateful for her exceptional service. I'm pretty sure she'll be a sparkling GEM for whichever company she joins.

Tim Hortons 156 Sandalwood Pkwy)We had the pleasure in working with Tim Hortons the weekend of Feb 9 to 11 for a local community event hosted by Skate Canada Brampton- Chinguacousy at Cassie Campbell. Tim Hortons supplied us with Chili and soup which was received well by our volunteers that helped with the event. This location from time of request leading up to the event was in communication and ensured all our needs were met. The manager Connie of the location delivered exceptional service and this was mirrored by the food provided. We would like to thank you Tim Hortons in partnering with us for our event. Your support went a very long way and it was very much appreciated. Not much luck with Timmies in the GTA, but I was pleasantly surprised with this location! The service was decent and everything came quite quickly considering the drive-thru was packed. And I highly appreciate the cashier emphasizing to her coworker to use almond milk in my drink— have had that missed SO many times at different locations.
I just ordered a hot chocolate. Discustingly bad. It only had milk. And the temperature was too high. Dont know if they r trying to kill
