Unlike other TIM HORTONS this one is not that great when it comes to food and service. First of all it is located in the convenience store of a gas station so it’s a very small place with much much BIGGER ATTITUDE of the STAFF members. specially One asian lady is way over smart and talks very rudely to customers.Not going there again for the coffee.

When there for first time. There were i guess 3 woman. One was doing drive thru orders another one was also busy in something God knows what. And the third one ran inside after making an iced cap. I waited almost 9 minutes but they weren't interested to take my order. Even that drive thru lady told them to please take order there's a customer but still those girls didn't took my order. I also work at tim but we don't let our customers wait specially when the store isn't too much busy. But I guess woman in this location only wanted to get paid instead of working.Disappointed.

Drive through staff continuously serves customers with no kindness or respect. I have watched cars ahead of me argue with the staff about their orders and i experienced the same. If I could rate zero stars i would. Management needs to step in and train employees to be helpful and kind to customers. Not the morning experience with coffee I need. To top it off, my order was wrong and they were too busy arguing with me to fix. Will be driving down the road to the next Tim's, longer lines but definitely better service!

Disgusting iced coffee. They don’t know how to make it this was the only Tim’s I used to go to and they also ruined the iced coffee. Tastes so bitter and is watery and has no syrup. Paid more than $3 for each one wasted.

they dont serve much food at this location (besides bagels, timbits and donuts) and the service is not good at all. they are always yelling asnd they are always not getting stuff right, they also try finessing you out of a few cents and are never really nice. Its all full of ladies who dont work good, also sometimes the coffee is amazing, then the next day its terrible. how can the coffee taste bad then good if all im ordering is a triple triple? not a good spot just go to the one a little further away.
