Picked up 10 Timbits via drive through and all of those were dry and hard. Not a single one was fresh.Called their phone number published on Google but no one picked up.

After getting 3 times wrong order they again gave me worst cappicino . Waste of money. They also charged me for the wrong drink. Disgusting service. Over charged me for wrong drink. Worst customer service ever experienced. They also gave me cappicino without expresso foam.

A very terrible experience. I ordered only a bagel with butter and the CSR at the drive thru is telling me to park at the front for an extra 10 seconds. Even then, the bagel was made incorrectly. Lastly, she says drive up next order but there is no one behind me or waiting to make their order.I know there is a timing system at tim hortons but when you're servicing a handful of customers per hour, you can't compromise that with questionable service.

I went through the drive through for a 20 pack timbuts and a vanilla latte. I got the timbits and the girl asked me to go around front and that they would bring my coffee out. 10-12 minutes goes by and I’ve seen numerous people go in and out with their orders. I go in and the girls hands me a coffee after I ask what’s going on and that I’ve been waiting. I confirmed it was my order she said yes, I get in my car to leave. It’s not my order. I go through the drive through and tell the girl in the window, she makes me one immediately.This location is the worst.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons ever. Head office should be ashamed to be affiliated with such negative franchisees and management. They don’t care about customers, and when someone expressed their genuine concerns about an issue - where they were asked to REVERSE IN THE DRIVE THRU - they banned the customer? What the actual?????

Worst customer service. Management from store and from head office should do better to ensure staff are trained properly and don't ask people to stop in drive through or drive back around to meet "goals"

THIS SHADY TIM HORTONS BANNED ME FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT!I’ve noticed many issues with this Tim Hortons location over the last few months. Not only is customer service problematic, but the workers in the drive-thru ask customers to follow unsafe practices so that they can meet their timed targets. On every occasion I’ve been there, the person at the drive-thru would consistently ask customers to stop and to not drive all the way to the window. Then, once at the window, I would often be asked to drive back around and go through the drive-thru again because my order wasn’t ready. This has caused me to waste extra time as I had to go through the drive-thru twice and on another occasion, I drove back around to realize there were 10+ cars in line. That time, I had to go inside to retrieve my order. For a while, I said nothing. When I finally asked why they do these antics, the worker told me “we have goals ma’am. We’re on a timer”. When I told her that wasn’t my problem, she closed the window on me. My peak frustration came last week when the worker asked that I drive back around when there was absolutely no one else in line. When I said “no”, she then asked me to reverse my car after I paid because they were on timer. I said no again, as reversing a vehicle in a drive-thru (where cars drive forward) is not only unfair to ask of a customer but also dangerous, they proceeded to be rude when giving me my order. The order included the picture of the tea biscuit attached here. Finally having enough, I contacted head office and the store management to express my concerns. I told them that because management has these workers on unrealistic goals, the customer experience is being impacted. I told them I wanted this addressed, as it was not fair on customers, but also unfair on staff. Upper management told me they would investigate with the store and get back to me - but they didn’t and I had to follow up with them today. After offering me a $50 gift card as a resolution, which I advised was not sufficient based on my experience, they proceeded to ban me from the store location. So basically, if you express an opinion about their bad service, they’ll ban you and issue a trespass instead of addressing the problem at hand. Corporate needs to look into this location and their shady practices!

I visited this tim in the morning around 8 am.The customer service is very bad and the attitude of the girl is extremely rude.I came on drive thru, order 2 breakfast wrap with 2 coffees. When i reached near about to the windows,girl came outside to window told me to stop in the middle of the way and the car behind me was very angry and then the told me to park my car in the parking area.I was waiting to long for my order no one came outside to give me my order. After that went inside to get my order and i was very angry and i told them “where is my order”. That the girl name is anurit she is very rude, she told me i am the manager we know how to run the tim. And she shouted on me instead of giving me my wrap and coffees.People are using drive thru to get fast service but this guys doing very ridicules. ?If you are on the hurry to get your work dont come to this tim.

It was a bad experience in drive thru girl name Mehak didn’t even let me finish saying my order I didn’t order 12 grain bagel and she said in a very rude way that I ordered it and it’s already made I didn’t even finish my order how can she make the bagel in 2 secs and let me pay for it.Even the food we ordered is not up-to the standard of Tim Horton.

Dumbest drive thru ever. Forced me to take the bagel I didn't order by saying I said it 12 grain and they already made it when I clearly asked for 4 cheese. Drive thru staff needs to be fired.

They keep messing up my order after repeatedly saying my order several times. It's only this location that really needs to up their service. The drive Thru workers will tell you to stop.your car wait before coming up to the window or will tell you rejoin the line. What kind of service is this???

Bought this morning 2 boston cream donuts and both don’t have the filling inside. And i got iced coffee and it’s so bitter, it looks like they didnt put base syrup. Whenever you order something on the menu, its always not available.
