Samip and Mary are very hard workers. There was so much rush in the store from drive thru and inside, but Samip was so patient and he is so hardworking. Mary is also very hardworking. I am giving 5 stars because of Samip and Mary, and the owner should hire more employees because this tim hortons is very busy, if the owner doesn’t hire more employees it will make the employees who already work here more stressed out.

I received whole order wrong. They packed wrong order and I’m charged for 23.05$ and the order I received is for 11$?. It’s was a uber order. I order large ice coffee, croissant and a breakfast wrap

We placed order at 25 April 2024 time at 12:40AM at night and store associates denied for giving order and see how this guy talking to a customer like a rude, and showing finger to us and telling us that I’ll not give you a order because you not coming in car and you’re pedestrian that reason we can not serve you and we placed order still Tim horton associate denied to give order. So poor people they are. I have a question for Tim Horton, How time horton train people and this is a actual customer service and customer satisfaction????

Not sure what has changed but I haven’t gotten a good tasting coffee from there in the last 6 weeks. It’s either burnt tasting or bitter or watery . I go there all the time and never had an issue . I now go to a different location . And one more thing please tell the girls who are making the coffee to wash their hands . I can smell and taste purfume on the lids .

Been to hundreds of Tim's all around GTA, this is one of rare few where staff have the basic courtesy of saying "Thank you" after order.
So lazy employeees i waited for 15 minutes just for potato wedges and old lady working there was so rude dont know how to deal with guestsI will never come back at this location, disgusting!!

The crew members are great and friendly. The atmosphere is also really great!!! But, the food, especially the coffee, lacks taste. I usually get myself french vanilla, and believe me, when i say this, i have had much better french vanilla from other outlets.
The aged woman , she’s rude and doesn’t know what the hell is customer service.

On my second visit here, I intended to give this place another chance, but unfortunately, the experience was even worse. The coffee lacked flavor and the quality was disappointing, while the food didn't seem fresh either. It's surprising that Tim Hortons continues to endorse this store despite its poor standards. I strongly advise against spending your money here.

Good location but they only care about drive thru because of their timing and if you are going to cash counter to place your order, good luck to you. Although there were literally more than 10 staff members working but still had to wait about 20 minutes to place order when there was no line up and I was the only person waiting to place order. The lady at cash counter probably just decided to ignore me and after 20 minutes a guy came to take the order.From my 3 years of customers service experience, I can give a free advise that even if you are extremely busy, it doesn't look nice to just ignore the customer, you can greet them while working and can say that you will be with them shortly unles you do not like your job or have attitude issues.
