Ordere 2 french vanilla everything twists and blueberry muffinThey just gave us one French vanilla firstThey had to ask them for rest of the order they took 4 turns to gave me my full orderStill they did not warm up the everything twistsTook like forever to prepare orderFrench vanillla was coldWorst experience ever and staff was so rude and slowWould never recommend going at this location they always mess up orders

Disgusting. Ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and got it burnt. It was so burnt that I litterally almost threw up. So tired of Tim Hortons making mistakes. It wasn't even speedy service, yet they still messed up the food. Do better Tim Horton's, like seriously?

Last time I'll be stopping at this location!!wanted a steak loaded wrap and apparently they dont have steak at this location, why When they are advertising it? Ended up getting a bbq chicken wrap and it was terrible!!

Absolutely the worst Tim's ministore around, always out of the most popular items, everything bagel and apple fritter today as an example. Also, the speaker cannot amplify the very distinct accents of the employees. I don't want to have to ask them to repeat themselves all the time. I stop at this Tim's every couple of weeks and it always disappoints. I will find another coffee shop to frequent.

I was really disappointed in this place and really sadThe service wasn't good at all. I ordered coffee and the employee I was talking to wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying.She ended up giving me something I didn't like at allI'm still sad cause this is the closest Tim Hortons next to my house but I'll never go there again it wasn't the first time I ignored it the first time but this is the second timeNot saying this to hate on anything or anyoneI've been to other places and seen way better but I wasn't pleased with this ?.

Why do some locations have chilli cheese wedges and others dont? They had wedges, chili and cheese but wouldnt make it for me, ive gotten it from here before but i was told they dont have it. Also farmers wrap was sloppy but nice cashier ?

Small little Tim's location but very efficient drive through system. The ladies take your order and move the line along very quickly. Compared to other Tim Hortons, this one is a very quick drive through no matter how long the lineup. Inside the restaurant is tiny so there is no place to sit and enjoy your coffee. This is more of a drive through location for people who want good coffee and don't have too much time to spend.

Worst service ever!!! This is my second time to this place… the girls are always in rush. Whenever on drive thru, they just throw the food and drinks on your face and ask you to drive away. Probably because of their timer. Every time after taking the order, we have to check our order twice and 99.9% it is wrong. I wish i could just give them 0 stars. What is the point of coming to the drive thru if you had to go inside the restaurant and get the order corrected. Really terrible staff and on the top the attitude that they give is cherry on top… i wish i could complain you guys to the head office.Also, i was going through the other reviews and realized it’s not me but all the customers are fed up of this place. Really hope the owner takes a strict action. In food industry, customer service is the most important aspect. Don’t know why these girls do not understand this.
