It honestly depends what time of day you go to this location. The girls that work at night deserve 5 stars and the girls during the day deserve 1 star. At night there is only person working, they are nice/polite and they WORK! During the day there is 4 people and if you preorder, you can watch a line of 7-8 people get served (that’s when I usually speak up and ask them if they are making preorders) because otherwise I’m next in line or one more person and there was no point in preordering

Very bad customer service, the server named Amandeep kaur was so rude, i saw strawberry syrup was there but she didn’t wanted to take order and said we dnt have , i asked to customise my drink as i want less ice , but rudely she answered m not gonna do anything.
I'm usually not one to ever complain and ask for something to be replaced, but I work at a Tim Hortons, so this pushed me a little harder. I stopped at this location as my sister was getting gas, I asked for a Large Iced Latte with a caramel shot and made with oat milk. I watched as the employee made my drink, she went to the back to get more oat milk, knowing how to make the drink, I would have started the espresso while I was doing so, she did not and came back with the new oat milk, filled the cup almost completely with oat milk, stirred the oat milk and flavour shot together, put, no joke, 3 pieces of ice, and dispensed, what looked like only 1 shot, espresso on the top. I walked off with it and tasted it, it tasted very off and, as mentioned above, wasn't made properly, so I built up the courage, told them how the drink tasted, and asked nicely for it to be remade. I told her step by step how the drink is usually made and got what I had ordered. It still tasted a bit off, leading me to think that there was something wrong with the oat milk in general but that could be just me. When I finished the drink, I noticed lots of white residue left on the ice as well, could be from the oat milk, or they need to give their ice machine a clean. I unfortunately don't have a picture, but thought I would share my experience.

Burnt bagel and over added sugar to my tea, not the first time, it happens often. Manager needs to train staff more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re too busy joking around and playing to work and don’t pay attention when a customer comes in to order. Seriously needs new employees who know how to do their job
