Actually i went there to buy some food for me ! There i ordered herb and garlic pastry to the girl whose name was puspinder or tushpinder i didnt remember ! I just asked that whether it is veg or non veg and in reply she was so rude and said i dont have any idea of that you can check online ! Listen dear if you dont have the knowledge of the work you are doing then why are you there ! Do something else ! Pathetic experience

My husband works 2 minutes away I go there every morning and everyday in the afternoon I always ask them not to squeeze the sides of my trays well they squeezed the sides of my tray and now my husband's coffee is all over the floor of my car because they squeezed the sides of my tray now what's going to happen I'm out 1 coffee and have a huge cleaning bill on my car seriously hopefully a manager or something sees this because this is why everytime I walk in I grab my own tray or when I ask the employee serving me not to squeeze the sides of my tray they get mad well I need some answers on what I'm supposed to do.TIM HORTONS DO BETTER AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO NOT SQUEEZE THE SIDES OF THE TRAYS OR ANYTHING IN GENERAL.not trying to be an a$$h@!& but how am I supposed to clean my car over something an employee did ? by squeezing a tray it doesn't make it easier to get the coffees in it just makes it more accessible to fall out. This is a good service Tim hortons and they have some amazing employees they are always smiling and happy to serve you at night I go to this time hortons due to the service.I would recommend people to come to this Tim hortons.Like I said I'm really upset that now I have to figure a way to clean my car because of a mistake on there end. Also the manager with the tattoos whom is Portuguese is very rude and likes to belittle customers for the things the customers ask for to her its complaining because a customer asks. Also she isn't a good manager because she blames the general public for raising her anxiety and we'll if that's the case she shouldn't be dealing with the general public she should be doing something else. I'm not impressed how she speaks to people either she is very rude and picks and chooses whom she wants to be nice too along with the situation that happened with me she went and told her head bosses which I think if in correct Linda and Drew so she told them one side of the story but what she failed to realize is there is video proof of what she said to me and blamed me for so personally she should get another kind of job.

Management sucks at this location...The young female manager is very unprofessional at her job and she teaches her employees to squeeze the trays so when u grab the tray with large coffees they will fall out..... I had to get my carpet cleaned in my car as that happened to my wife.... the managers way of dealing with it was to tell my wife not to come back...... so a complaint was made to head office and this manager doesn't care... so I hope the owner of the store sees this review and looks back to all the complaints that's has happened over the years and deals with it properly......

Needs to be more clean outside and the homeless people need to be taken care of especially in the drive through. If you have day old food it should donated to theses homeless individuals and you should not make a profit from day Olds.

Sarah was friendly and helpful,the entire environment is warm and welcoming, I never have to wait more than a minute or two for my order, nice staff, good assortment of food items, clean bathrooms, good wifi and overall no complaints:)
Today I bought my usual coffee and sat down at a window booth waiting for my lift driver to pick me up. The staff at that location have always been very polite they keep it fairly clean, and I look forward to receiving the same service I had today on my next visit. Got some beautiful staff here!!!!? ☕️??
