I never have a problem at this Tim Hortons but I asked for a bagel and the cashier said “not after 4pm” I’m sorry what? Your bagels are there, your machines are on… what are you talking about? I personally think they just don’t want to make sandwiches when there’s a line and that’s ridiculous considering this is a business. You don’t get to pick and choose what time you serve things at.

My experience was so bad there was a one boy maybe Red so much attitude i ordered chai tea and he give me just tea bag in a water when i said it’s not a chai tea he said its not my fault and said you should pay again so i can give after 10 mintue talking he said no .. i really dispointed from this tim hortons staff

This is inside the Rabba. Usually busy and very busy during morning breakfast hours. They have the best coffee and wraps compared to all other locations in Brampton. The staff is also very nice. Also, they don’t have any Chicken
I went third place today, Omg that indian girls attitute is different, she was keep shaking her head in that way that she didn't care any thing, ok so the matter is that my husband ordered from there a plain crosson with hashbrown and cheez and the hashbrown wand cheez both was cold , and i reched to her she just said you pay for it already i can not do anything about it, she was not sorry at all for that, and start shaking her head in very aggrassive way.

This Rabba location has the best people working there. Service has always been above par as far as I'm concerned.The store also provides a large variety, including a deli hot counter, Subway, and Timmy's . I don't think anything is lacking... if you need it, they most likely have it. Prices are very reasonable for the convenience as well and not excessive.

Hi This is bring to your notice that yesterday 10dec I went at 8.15pm to get FV .the agent was very rude and erogent. Full of attitude. She gave me product but was not filled properly, When asked to put little more she said I can nit do. I just said ok give my money back I don't want it. Now message to management and to all customers. Is she don't get paid by the company. Why she was not ready to pay my money back. It's the right and policy of Tim to get money back if product is not upto mark. And every Tim do that. But she keep on refusing and was not ready to give money back . When I said in loud tone even then she was not ready to pay back . I don't know why she did like that. And apart from that she abused me which I can not write the words. She abuse me and also point out to my daughter. She has no right to point out to my kids and also no right to abuse . If management is ok to hire these employees who don't know how to deal with customers and instead of giving good customer service abuse the customers. So that's there decision. May be they want to run yge store like that. And it's not stop here she was shouting and yelling till the time I was in store . I simply asked my money back and she created big scene. My message to customers. Pl be careful and alert with that agent who work in evening I believe .she wears glasses don't know her name as did not wear name tag which is again A policy of Tim to wear name tag and she did not . She can be abuse any time to anybody who will say her for return money or something wrong about the product. I saw get she served food to one cx without wearing gloves. Which is very hygienic. So people just to aware you that u guys are not getting good quality food as well as service. But yes you will be abused here and can be sick as the way the agents they have. So if you are ok with all these. Pl go ahead and go to store.Today it happened with me. Tomorrow could be anybody. So think about this. Thanks.

I came 10 minutes early to 4 pm to get breakfast sandwich. But she said it’s already 4 we don’t have eggs anymore. I was like it’s still 10 minutes to 4 pm. She was like no breakfast sandwich, period. 4 pm means 4 pm not 3:50 pm. 10 minutes is a lot of time.
