I visited this tim Hortons location— 10041 McLaughlin Rd, Brampton, ON L7A 2X5. There washroom stinks so bad. Their washroom have pothole kinda thing that’s broken and the sewer stink is everywhere. I have noticed it couple weeks now and it’s really bad. They don’t take any actions when I call Tim hortons customer service. just writing it here in public so that they take a notice. It’s just so disgusting to have such bad smell in food place. Not good for suck reputed food chain.

After waiting long line of queue I ordered a crispy chicken bowl but they gave me a wrap. When i complaint about it they said it was my fault. The supervisor lady is so dumb she put a newly joined employee to take orders and she messed up everything. This supervisor is so irresponsible and dumb wasting customers time and money. (This incident happened in 2024/03/27 evening)I never refer this place to anyone..!

Got a quencher and more than half was just ice. Waited long in drive thru and the carbonation was gone too. I went in the store to tell them my dissatisfaction (mind you I have gotten the quencher before and there is never this much ice the whole cup was practically filled with ice). They had blatantly rejected me saying it is always like this and blamed the customer for not knowing, which gave a sense of hostility. Another lady says to make another, and you'd think it would be fine after, but nope. They added such little of the flavoring only enough to give it that hue, it was so bland and could only taste the carbonation. I think she had intentionally done that when I simply complained of my dissatisfaction. Not sure why they're so stingy and make the drink all ice, and then add such little syrup? when it is not even coming out of their pockets either, the least they could do is make it how it is supposed to be with medium ice and actual have a taste, not just carbonated water. Anyway I would give zero stars for this

Drive thru service is horrible, they never get the order correct and they are always rushing you to pay, take your change and your drinks/food without giving a chance to put change or drink down.. "here, here!" While shaking my food in my face to take it. But I must say, gentleman named "Abhishek" inside is always very pleasant and has great customer service ! Its always a pleasure when he serves me and my coworkers.

I am a regular customer of this location, usually this lady works in the night shift, specifically in weekdays. Minus zero for her nature .

We come there almost every night to have a coffee and I must say, she is rude and arrogant every time After avoiding her bad behaviour almost every time, I finally have to leave a review for her. Please mam, have some respect towards your customer and learn to be polite.
