Worst customer service ever. I asked for steeped tea but instead I was given coffee. When i smelled it, I told her it’s coffee so she closed the window and came back with another cup and tried to tell me I was wrong by saying no it is steeped tea. When I reached work and went to lunchroom to warm the cup as soon I took the lid off it was half filled. So I went this morning and talked to the supervisor and her reply was I remember it was full cup and I said you didn’t even serve me than she was quiet and said to me I won’t charge for todays tea so I said I don’t need free food instead admit and apologize and stop lying.They don’t even know how to say HELLO or WELCOME

Quality of food, garbage. Grilled cheese sandwich was warm at best and the cheese was still solid like it just came out of the wrapper. When asked to speak with the manager or person in charge, they all took turns taking the role. What a joke.

Extremely rude staff. Place a mobile order, came to pick it up after 15-20 mins. It wasn’t ready !! No one was ready to address mobile order pickups ! Finally got my order in 4 small packets, I requested for a bigger bag and napkins for the ease of carrying the tall girl her name starts with M refused and said we don’t give bags or napkins and on insisting she gave the bag and rolled her eyes and made a face and left. Felt insulted !! Super rude staff , customer service is dead in this tim hortons location !

Ordered vanilla ice coffee which did not taste as it should be. It seems like milk used was expired. Apart from this, worst customer service ever. The girl on the counter was extremely rude and even did not respond you for your questions, only I was able to see her rude eye expressions. I think staff should communicate nicely with their customers. Never going again there.
