Went at the drive thru specifically order Farmers Egg and cheese wrap and these stupid people ended up serving my bacon egg and cheese. I never had bacon in my life that’s a completely unacceptable amount of effort they put to listen to the orders properly. Never ever visiting this tim hortons again.

First tim hortons I've been robbed by the employee twice. Frist time they charged me for items i didnt not order, second time they gave me half of what was order. Not sure if it's students working and have no other means of getting a snack or food.

horrible. ordered reeses cookie which i get all the time from different locations in toronto and its always fresh and moist and reese are inside the cookie and bit melted. i got the cookie and it was hard as a rock from this BRAMPTON location.They ruined our Double double.Tim hortons standards are ruined because these undertrained employees and they show no signs of hospitality for their customers.Tim Hortons should have random inspections at these BRAMPTON locations to ensure the standards are maintained.Sick of declining Canadian culture and work ethics.

Bathroom available and clean, however on September 17th at noon there was no toilet paper and the hand dryer was not working

We were mid sentence when ordering our coffee and the drive thru rep cut us off completely. Told us to move ahead. There was only one car behind us and she was being so fast and rude. My husband was putting his card in his wallet and she repeated here’s your coffee like 4 times. She gave us our order and that was it. No smiles, no dialogue, no customer service skills.
