The staff were arguing with each other because they kept getting customers orders wrong, which led to the cashier giving me attitude. This is not appropriate or deserved. Teach your staff to listen to the customer, and maybe you will get orders right. This location failed to deliver a positive experience, once again. Avoid this one, the Tim's at the Rabba down the road is better.
They are not that kind here also there wrap is not so tasty n very small compared ti other locations and wedges not even available at 3:30

i found a nail in the bottom of my drink today i am sure its not mine i m open to a DNA Lab test ..if something allergie or disease happen to me in future who should i blame to ..is there any suggestions or a lawyer someone can help in this situation?

Yesterday I visited there with my friends. We ordered 3 coffees, potato veggies and croissants with chipotle. The girl was working there she made wrong coffee and gave only 2 croissants without chipotle. It was very unsatisfactory experience.

This location is very busy this time in the morning. There was about 10 staff and they were doing well keeping up with the orders.We dined in. It would have been great if we had a way to clean our tables when we were finished as there didn’t appear to be enough staff to clean tables once customers leave. Overall great experience.
