We had a pretty large group of 11 that decided to grab dinner together after an event on a Sunday night, without prior notice or planning, so lo reservation.The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful getting us settled in.Service was fantastic. Our server was friendly, funny, and attentive. I wish I could remember her name in order to commend her personally to management.(P.S. To management, we were there on March 24th, 9-11pm, long table in front of the bathrooms. Our server and those around helping were exceptional.)

Do not order Turtle Jacks on Uber Eats. I swear someone stole our food for their dinner or snack for their break. We ordered Fish and Chips, came with no Chips, there were wings missing from our order, along with no dip, no carrots or celery sticks, the serving of soup was pathetic and to top it all off we paid for Garlic bread, and that was missing too. Someone needs to check outgoing orders. Horrible. Will never order from this location again!!

Sophisticated Atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly and experienced (which is rare). We never went glasses empty. The food was Delicious. Rarely can you get a Caesar salad instead of Fries without an Upcharge but here you can!!! And it was Bomb Caesar Salad hands down best menu for healthy options in this whole area. The fire/ice desert was MASSIVE. Definitely made for 2 -or more. Blackened Chicken wasn't too spicy (probably should have the spicy emoji beside it though cuz it did have some kick). Would have been much better with Arugula vs Lettuce. Beef Dip wasn't fatty and also would have been great with Arugula to add a bit more flavour to it. Bun was Fresh. Gravy slightly salty. Presentation was Supreme. Toilet Cleaner is Sticky and my butt lifted the whole seat up ?? (probably look into that).

We stopped in for a birthday lunch and were welcomed as though we had been there MANY times before - this was our first time at this location. The server, obviously super friendly, was attentive and offered suggestions off the menu. We ordered the Blackened Chicken on Naan and Turkey with Goat Cheese on Naan off the “handhelds” section of the menu. These two sandwiches had a delicious combination of flavours and just the right amount of “kick” with the spices, a great sized portion served with sweet potato fries as per our request. We’ll definitely be going back to try other options - there was so much to choose from and if the rest is anything like what we enjoyed, I know we will not be disappointed.

Had the pleasure of visiting your establishment on Saturday for my birthday. We ordered the Turtle wings as a starter and they were made to perfection. We even ordered some to go!!!! Our main dish was steak with side of soup and potato. The only complaint about the meal was that the baked potato was not soft but my steak was fabulous! Cooked perfectly! Hats off to the kitchen staff!Our waiter Markus was a pleasure, fun and very accommodating to our needs. He went the extra mile to make my day extra special! If you happen to be so lucky to have Markus as your waiter, tip him well he truly deserves it!We have had some bad past experiences at other restaurants but Turtle Jacks never has disappointed us. We will be visiting this location again!

Went for dinner for the first time at this place. Usually, i go to mississauga's location, but first time saw what the racist person looked like. Manger/server . She was so rude and arrogant didn't even offered any fork or knife she served appetizers and main at same time she was looking at us like she want us to leave the place right way some how i kept myself calm didn't want to create any scene. And don't want to disclose her name. I still respect her privacy because I don't know her family members to know they have racist keran in their family or her kids fell ashamed because of her attitude.
