Me and my friend went there and it was a nice atmosphere and really liked the vibe but our server really ruined it . Her name was jessica and she actually felt like was mad on us for coming to the restaurant. No greetings nothing and she asked us for drinks and actually brought it on time but didn’t show up after that so we had to call and tell her that we gonna eat too . She was sort of rude throughout out dinner there . Food was okish but really the mood was off so right after food we left but tbh will never recommend or visit there again . One of my worst experiences.

I've been to this restaurant several times now and continue to go back because of the food and service. It is a relatively new building so it is a nice place. Just a heads up, while the stalls are gender specific, the sinks are shared. Turtle Jack's Lion Head location provides exactly that. With its delectable food, crisp beer, delightful cocktails, and an atmosphere of security, Rohit and his team have truly created a home away from home for me. It's a place where I can relish my time with welcoming hosts and good company. If you haven't experienced it yet and are searching for a spot to feel at home away from home, Turtle Jack's is the perfect choice.
