This wendy’s location has easily the worst staff. They don’t care about the customers at all.

First, the rest room facility was clean and modern. In addition, access to the restroom was under tight control and permission had to be requested in order to gain access. If you like Wendy's restaurants you already know what to expect when it comes to food choices, no surprises there. This location has plenty of seating. Parking is sufficient and surrounds the facility like a "U" exercise caution when exiting as some commuters enter at the exit.

I have no complaints about this restaurant or its food, BUT the ladies' washroom is ridiculously FREEZING COLD!! ( And thank God I'm a small person,because there is hardly any room to move around in there) Other than that, it's a great restaurant! LOVE their" son of a baconator" burger!!?Wheelchair accessibility: It is a great thing to have the doors open for you when you are trying to help someone to get through them!
We had an amazing experience at Wendy’s location at main & vodden. Very quick & the ladies helping us were so friendly & truly made the experience for us. Mansi made sure we were satisfied with our order & the food was great!

The dining area is somewhat clean, if the area is dirty, and the staff is aware of it, it is cleaned immediately. The staff taking the order is usually knowledgeable.Parking: Parking is always available when I go there.

Just got home opened up my bacon atomic and small fries that was $13.09. Opened the bag and I received a single patty chessburger un believable come on its 2 items how can mess ty hat up thanks for nothing

I ordered the classic Dave's Single burger during my visit, and I was pleased to find that it lived up to the Wendy's reputation for quality. The beef patty was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh toppings added a satisfying crunch and burst of taste. The fries were also up to par, perfectly seasoned and served hot.Service speed at this Wendy's location was reasonably efficient. My order was prepared and served within a reasonable time frame, even during the lunch rush. The staff seemed attentive and friendly, which contributed to a positive dining experience.However, one area where this particular Wendy's could improve is cleanliness. The dining area and restrooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning and maintenance. A clean and inviting environment can significantly enhance the overall dining experience, and this is an aspect where this location falls slightly short.
