Went here late and ordered two burger combos. Both of our burgers were cold and the cheese wants melted on the burger. I Called and complained. The manager said to come back next time and we’ll get free burgers, and she gave the burgers to us with such an attitude. Probably won’t be going back to this location. Like how was this our fault because you gave us cold food. Obviously it wasn’t fresh and sitting there for a long time. They don’t check I guess. Didn’t appreciate the attitude on the phone or when we got there. Ruined my appetite.

Has to be the worst store by far …. Not only could they not help me get a coke lime which wendy’s offerThe staff at drive thru got my order wrong twice and mindlessly gave me order to someone who came in after me ? Like are u kidding me ?It took then 25 mins for a order of a spciy chicken sandwhcih . Rhey had already handed my the poutine !Worst staff possibly working there … i am shocked how these people are able to keep their jobs like that ?

Rude staff they need better staff. Managers are not competent and are unprofessional. Mess up my order all the time and slow service they need training. They make you wait so long even if there is no rush because they are busy socializing with each other. Do not recommend this Wendy’s location.

Horrible service they always get the order wrong every single time. Or miss items. Always double check your order with this location before leaving. And they also add items which I will ask not to be on the sandwich for allergy reasons.

Every time I go here they mess everything up. Order a large meal and they give you a small, ask for no tomato and they give you tomato (I’m allergic). Absolutely the worst ever.

Fastest service ever received .Employees are good with customers.

Worst service ever. Long wait times for someone to even serve you even though there are no customers in the restaurant. There are flies all over the place (see pictures) so pest control is basically non existent. It’s truly disgusting. I would highly suggest you go to the Wendy’s 7 mins south from this location.

Food was inedible. Salads were limp with chicken that had to be days old. Burger Pattie’s were dried out. The chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with bacon, had none. The lettuce was the size of 2 toonies and wilted. We threw it all out. When I called the manager of the restaurant they told us to apply to get a refund from Uber who is the one that delivered it. Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to and their lack of caring about their food means for sure I will never order from there again.
