Do not go here if you are ordering takeout. They decrease the portion size. An order of a pound of wings typically contains about 8-9 wings. In our takeout order, we only received 6-7 wings in a “pound.” It was definitely not a pound of wings. And the wings are micro-sized, they are very small. The carrots and celery that we received were dry and tasted old.

OMG does this place suck. I was hesitant about going here because the last time I did the hamburger I got was raw. Gave it a second chance, and I shouldn't have. The pizza roll, the pickle dog while the rest of us ordered wings were all overcooked. That wasn't the worst, it took way too long for the food, yet people who came in after us got their food. There was a total of 8 people in at the time. Will never go to this or any other Wild Wing. This franchise has gone down the gutter. I would be wary of the 5 star reviews for this place. Go with the majority which is 1 star and if you read them should be less than one.

Do yourself a favour and do NOT order from this location.Night September 10th 2023, middle aged Indian woman and young Indian man working.They IGNORED the phone call the first 3 times, meaning they answered and hung up 3 times (I called at 10pm, one whole hour before closing) before they decided to answer and take my order.Woman told me 10 minutes, I got there in 15 and they only then began preparing the order.Woman also kept eyeing me weirdly, as if she was upset I showed up for the order.Food wasn’t prepared properly, ordered gar par wings and fries and they gave me naked wings and fries. Terrible terrible terrible service I will never return.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They are thiefThey called us in emergency because their Walk in cooler needed repair drove there for 1 hour and 1 hour return and over there 1 hour of work at the end the owner didn't event paid me for the refrigerant that I put in the systemVery bad peopleColleagues never go there for any repair they are thief and will not pay hardworking people not only lost my time, I paid from my pocket for the refrigerant and lost other honest client in this very, very hot day

Ordered classic non breaded wings through Uber, but got the breaded one instead. I cannot have gluten due to health reason. When I called the restaurant I was greeted with a lot of attitude and the woman snapped at me. Your customer service needs improvement.To everyone reading this, please don’t go or order from here. You are going to be greeted with disgusting customer service.

This location is a joke. Never have I heard of a wild wings restaurant, or any chain restaurant charge for refills on pop lol.$4 and change for a pop and no refills…it’s not even about the money, more about the trying to make up your own rules to Nickel and dime…
