Not a good experience! Although the ambience was nice, which attracted me to go in, but the owner/staff were not friendly at all. There are polite ways, you can tell your customer about the rules of the restraunt, but they lacked common politeness. Never going back to that place again. Not recommended.

Great gem in downtown brantford! The space is inviting and roomy for coffee dates or sit down lunches. Baked goods are delicious (cranberry orange muffins!), good coffee. Great lunch options (sometimes you just want a soup/sandwich/salad). I think they also have order online options for quick pick ups. Friendly owners and staff.

The staff were extremely inviting and friendly when we came in to get a coffee. The lounge chairs are SO comfy as well. Also right beside a skating rink which is pretty awesome!!

Great coffee. Prices are a tad high though. My only complaint or criticism is that employees still wear masks. Take the masks off and I'll stop by more often.

The experience was terrible...I was dining in with my family ordered soup and sandwich combos and was absolutely shocked with the size of the soup portion and sandwich portion. On top of everything, it was served in a plastic container. What happened to proper dishware for people dining in? The pictures that are advertised in this place is nothing like what you are getting. I spent over 60.00 dollars and felt like I was completely ripped. This was an absolute disgrace. No plates, plastic grocery store containers and portions were terrible, sandwiches were nothing like advertised.

The coffee was very tasty and hot. The croissant was very nice. It was busy with a continuous flow of take out. Pleasant scenery. The furniture was very worn and needs a deep clean plus windows were very dirty. Otherwise very nice experience.Parking: Street parking

Their Oreo cheenos are the best. Fantastic, must try once. People who are complaining have been rude themselves to the staff and they play "karen" here. I've never had any trouble with the staff. They were nice.
