We have the DQ app and went to use one of the specials. We were told that no specials are accepted in Brantford. Not happy and will reduce our many trips to these DQ stores. To bad since they are in our home town.

You say that you can't accept the $1 blizzard app coupon due to a lack of a scanner however you have been able to accommodate other coupons through the use of the 5 digit number given in the app. I was really disappointed to arrive with my son in store this evening only to find out you would not be honoring your own brand's coupon offer.

Had to edit my post tonight the girl at window tonight was not really at speaker telling me that she didn't think her headset worked but yet 2 customers behind me got mic service then had kind of a attitude with me ......

Call to order a cake drive in 20 minutes they don't accept cash
I don't like to leave bad reviews but sometimes I hope the business can see it and correct any issues. So, horrible parking, signs everywhere saying they don't accept cash. I waited almost 5 minutes until a person came out to take my order. I was then told they only sell Hot Dogs ... It never said that online and why not take cash? There were a few other things that seemed odd but I'll leave them off this review. I would look for a different DQ if you want a normal menu.

Stuff was hiding at first. Came out with a grumpy attitude. No kind words, no smiles no anything.Went in with four people only one of us enjoyed the treat.Never ever had we such a bad overall experience at a DQ.As you can see in the pictures it wasn't busy at all. But seating area was still not clean. (bad enough that even the kids didn't want to take a seat)Kid-friendliness: Haha, not existing at all.No smile, no hi, no anything

They don't accept cash!!!No butterscotch topping?! That's a pretty big dairy Queen for just cold treats. It doesn't hold a candle to the nice old school place on King George Rd. All the responses from Dairy Queen say they care about reviews but nothing is solved going by all the bad reviews.
