The meat was undercooked and I got the wrong toppings, tasted awful. Use to be my go to now I’m never eating here ever again I’d rather save 40 dollars for 2 panzerottis and go somewhere else. I ate here since a kid and it’s just so far gone just like most food chains in this dump of a town. Do not eat

If you place your order for delivery, you may want to request they use a smoke free vehicle. My panzerotti arrived tonight reeking of cigarette smoke. It wasn’t in a bag and the sides of the takeout container were gaping open. We have placed many orders here over the years, and this was the first time we had it delivered. Gigi’s made it right by having a new panzerotti delivered (I gave the smokey one back) The replacement one was perfect.

Vegetarian options: Yeah they have a lot of vegetarian options my husband mostly just gets that and he gets it on his pizza or a panzarotti those are the best 2 things that we get that we order all the timeDietary restrictions: I'm not quite sure because obviously you could probably order stuff without cheese but I feel like everything's deep fried while I get the ponza and pizzas so there's always cheese on it I'm not sure if they have any of alternative options so that I can't speak onKid-friendliness: It's a family owned owned place so it's like a mother Father shop their kids were there it's just a small little place I brought my granddaughter in with me 1 day they were very friendly I don't know what else to say it's mostly for Taking out ordering out in my eyes like to me it's a lot easier just to order my order and go and pick they do do delivery but I've never used that option I just picked it up cause I pretty much live around the corner so but totally recommend

Great Panzo! Just don't be turned off of the inside. Yes, it has been here for a long time so it's old and unconventional. I think that's why it sooo good! New isn't always better ;)Parking: Kinda hard to find a spot to park that won't anger people. Not really supposed to park on the road sooooo..... be fast ;)

Busy pizza store vibe /atmosphere food was terrible (pasta) pizza was terrible only ate 1 piece and it's only because I was starving. The only good thing we got was wings that my son had and they were just ok nothing special. Parking is out front on a busy street and no wheelchair

Well, well. I heard this place used to be a Brantford staple for many! That being said I have been informed on some very rude customer service and food quality that matches just that...bottom of the barrel. I ignored the advice as I like to try things for myself...bad move. The food was hot garbage, but that wasn't the worst part...I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on! Not sure who they think they are as they are supposed to be in the service industry. Honestly to have food that bad and still hang up on people is just brutal! I have just heard of 2 other stories today about how rude the customer service is. Please close your doors, perhaps the industry has gotten the best of your has been establishment.
