We used Giles Catering for our wedding on Thanksgiving 2023 and they were amazing. They made a custom turkey dinner for us and everything was so delicious. We did a buffet style meal and the food stayed warmed up until the last guest. There was more than enough food for everyone. The staff were amazing and took all responsibilities our plates. Can't recommend Giles more, from the price to the service to the taste, everything was perfect. 5-stars.

It was delivered on time - the sandwich fillings were fresh and generous and a nice variety ob wraps and sandwiches. The display of all the food was above and beyond. I kicked the dessert up a notch so we received home made tarts as well. I highly recommend Giles. LH

Marschal went above and beyond for us. Our guests are still raving about the quality of each course. Salad - AMAZING, Pasta - DELICIOUS, Presentation - PHENOMENAL. He is flexible and will work with you. You can most definitely tell this company is passionate about what they do and Marschal is an amazing caterer. Our wedding was attended by 160+ guests. We used Marschal Giles for our wedding on October 21/2023. When we were asked who was catering our wedding and we said Giles, everyone we spoke to said he is amazing and his food is awesome. They were right! The food was so good and everyone raved about it. My husband and I enjoyed some left overs the next few days. We had Giles cater our daughters wedding on July 16th at Cranberry Creek in Delhi ON. They provided a beautiful, extensive charcuterie board for cocktail hour that everyone loved. This was followed by a buffet style meal comprised of breaded chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffed pork loin, seasonal roasted veg, roasted red potatoes, broccoli and bacon salad and a vegetable penne dish. Everything was fantastic and everyone loved the meal. They also accommodated several vegetarians and vegan with their own plated meals. They provided 3 different types of pies for desert that were requested by the bride and groom.Thanks to Marschal and his staff for completing a wonderful celebration for our daughter and new son-in-law as well as all our guests!Very good pricing and excellent customer service!!
