After going to the drive thru this evening I won't be back. We waited patiently while three cars infront of us were all served from the main window, once it was our turn we were asked to move up to a secondary window to wait, there was no one else in the drive thru,I mentioned to the girl at the window that I'd rather stay there as in the past someone had hit my mirror while parked there, she proceeded to give attitude stating i shouldn't be worried about moving up and having my mirror hit since no one is behind me, again why do I need to move I'm not holding up the line and everyone infront was ok to stay there? When returning with our food she handed it to me and slammed the window. I understand working in the food industry is stressful however people like her should realize she represent a business not just themselves. After all of this our food was poorly packaged, and the drink was 3/4 full.

Some smart working in this Macdonald were thinking that the customer is stupide. I was on drive thru and waiting for someone who can answer me to take the code of my mobile order. I saw one car in other side came after me and give his order, I was wondering that maybe the system in my side is not working, I drive to window before that car I gave them my order and the show started excuse me could you please park you car until we bring you order, ok no problem. Car after car, minutes after minutes no one show up after that I knocked the window and I said I hope it's not jok because I was waiting for long time for 2 wraps that's not make a sense. After the employee said 30 seconds more. And finally the wraps is provided but surprise I opened to eat and the wraps were fking cold ??? thanks for the joke but I am not loosing anything I return back the wraps that will be waste means in garbage and Macdonald lost 10 dollars because some of employee think that he is smart ???. I didn't loose anything but Macdonald lost money paying materials and food and energy also employee paying to do stupide jokes. ?????

hello everyone reading this specially the management of this mcdonalds i came to pickup an online order at 8.20 PM skip order and the order was right there in front of me and there were 3 girls at the front. one was constantly talking to 3 boys might be their friends and they didn't even asked me how can i help you. i stood for about 5 minutes at the front counter and they were watching me but didn't asked can i help you and then more rude there was a girl i called her at least 15 times and she didn't even responded and heard and neither she replied or acted and i called her at least 15 times then there was another girl there i called her she also ignored. my order was ready from the moment i reached the restaurant and it was right in front of me and i got it 15 minutes later when there was a girl that was standing at the drive thru she came and gave me the order. it shows pure racism, disrespect and pathetic service. if the owner or the manager is reading this i don't know the names of that girls but this happened at around 8.20 PM-8.35 PM on Tuesday 26th match 2024.

Nice place to dine in, customer service has a lot of weak points but nice people, always always always no matter what, there’s something wrong in my order at the drive-tru, curb side pick up is better, at least less issues with wrong or miss items, but takes a looot of time, is not fast, and mc Donald’s is getting expensive for the service back that you get.. not fast, not taste food, nos instructions followed..Parking: Lot of spotsKid-friendliness: Perfect for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Accesible

So slow, was In line for 25 mins if not longer for drive through, everytime I come in there is sauces all over and it's just gross, workers are on their phones, lazy, service is 1/10 for speed and they ALWAYS get orders wrong. I always have to go back. Go anywhere else but this Mc Donald's.

Drive thru jammed so I could not move for 8 min. Staff asked 2 cars to park and wait for orders just next the drive thru window. Another car got battery died so I could not move until they served these 2 cars. Bad planning for temporary parking spots just by the drive thru window.
Just stopped by for a quick coffee and muffins for takeout. A good option for coffee on the go.

You need to watch the order of cars in drive through. One speaker box gets absolutely ignored while cars file through the other lane.
