the food doesnt matter its mcdonalds, however the interior design is extremely disappointing, what happened to the big C booth? gone, nothing but a 4 seater table. wheres the playplace, i understand Covid but cmon its just a janitor closet now! I can’t comprehend why the executives think this is a comforting place any more!

Super disappointed… Placed a mobile order from my phone for my husband to pick up, and then found out you can’t ’check in’ for them to prepare your food unless you’re geotagged in the right spot. Annoying, but no big deal- there was an error message and an order code that my husband could go inside and give them. Management refused to complete the order because the phone wasn’t physically there to check in, refused to use the code, and told him they don’t care but there’s nothing they can do. Lovely customer service!! Cancelled the order and won’t be back to this location.

There is a lovely older lady with glasses who is typically running the drive-thru orders in the morning. She is incredibly kind to the point of being memorable, which says a lot, considering drive-thru interactions are typically very quick.I'm not sure what her name is, but it always makes my day when she's on shift and taking care of my order. Thank you for being so sweet!

The new renovation is very ugly , claustrophobic feeling and has a very unwelcoming feeling , doesn't look like there are enough seats , there's only 1 garbage can and no real privacy while eating ..... won't be going back to that McDonald's

This used to be my favorite location, once it opened. Now the service has significantly decreased in the past few years. The last few times, I ordered just a simple Big Mac. There was no one in front of me. They asked me to pull up and park into one of those "valet spots" to wait for my order. So I said: "just for a Big Mac?" Turns out I had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare me a Big Mac - What has this world come to if it takes that long for Mcdees to make a Big Mac? Def not fast-food anymore! If I owned a franchise, I would never have these reseved spots. It just gives employees the green light to deliver subpar service, while rolling their thumbs, when the service should be fast and smooth! Back in the days, when we work those jobs, patrons did not have to wait more than a couple minutes to get their orders, and there was no need for them to constantly look into their bags to ensure what they ordered is all in there either.

I'm not a fan of the new renovation. I don't feel like it's someplace comfortable at all that I would want to take the kids for lunch or sit at myself. Maybe they are trying to detour people from eating in?
