The staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about the additional charges related to asking for some extra garlic sauce. The menu for add-ons has an asterisk indicating that there may be additional charges applied, which is fine and clear (enough). But the sauces do not indicate extra charges, nor is it noted anywhere on the menu board. I wouldn’t be annoyed if it was clearly listed, but it isn’t and when I asked about it he just completely ignored my question. Also there is the most annoying squeaking that is constant inside. If you want your ears to bleed feel free to sit inside and listen to metal on metal squealing endlessly.

I ordered a Shawarma from this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. The onion was spoiled, and the food tasted bad. The floor was dirty, and the washroom was in a terrible state. Despite complaining to the staff, they did not seem to care. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Update: we decided to give Osmows another shot tonight. We ordered through skip and it only took about 20 minutes to get to us. Every item in our meal was ice cold. I got the poutine and the gravy was like jelly ? absolutely disgusting.Original post: Ordered the taboule and paid $7.81 for something barely bigger than the palm of my hand. Will not get my business again. Wish I could rate less than a star.

Placed an order with Uber Eats from this location and the food was terrible!! It was cold when it arrived, the sauce was excessive and the toppings of pickles and turnips were overload!! Hardly any chicken. The presentation was disgusting. We did not even finish it.

Didn’t receive all the items that were ordered but I did receive some burnt falafel…when I called, the manager blamed it on delivery person. Insisted I bring back the order I didn’t receive?!?!?!? Never ordering from them again. Terrible customer service, very rude!

Worst osmows experience ever, the girl was so rude. The quantity is so less, we pay full price but get half food, i willNot recommend anyone to go at this location and the girl should know how to handle customers and should not be rude.
