I would leave a zero star if possible the people are absolutely rude and very unprofessional I placed a order online and waited over a hr and half and when my food got to me it was ice cold and the driver was very rude and disrespectful I will never order from this location ever again until they gain some respect for the customers what horrible customer service they have also the customer service line is very unprofessional I’m trying to tell them my complaint and they keep hanging up on me

A small outlet having few tables and chairs. The employees were not at all friendly. They were very professional but rude. Pizza was very soft and fresh. Taste and quality of pizza was amazing. I ordered pizza with 3 toppings - chicken, hot banana pepper and pineapple. I did not feel welcomed there. I’ll never go to that outlet again.

Very rude staff. I ordered pizza and they said it will take 20 mins. I was waiting in car and went back after 25 mins. They said it will take another 15-20 mins. When I asked why they said they have online orders and they prepare online orders first and then serve customers who come to the shop. He was arguing that they suddenly got 10 orders and started preparing those instead of preparing my order.When I asked how come you don’t serve the person who ordered first they said this is how it works. It may take 20 mins or 40 mins or 1 hour. We don’t guarantee time. They were very rude.It was already 11 in the night and they expected us to wait until everFinally we got pizza at 12 am. While handing over the pizza also they said you cancel if you don’t want. My family was waiting and hungry so just too it home. When we started eating it was half cooked. The pizza dough was uncooked.Pathetic service. Will never go back there again. If you are planning to walk-in or dine in don’t go there as online orders is priority for them.

I was disappointed with my experience at Pizza Pizza. We got a simple pepperoni and cheese and it just lacked flavor. Disappointingly bland. The staff could have been more welcoming. Overall, it wasn't the most enjoyable dining experience. Won't be returning.

Cluster flies all over the pizza slices. Staff was aware of the problem and continued to sell the slices ! Washroom is absolutely filthy !
They gave me cold pizza, missing items from the order. They said they don't have fork for poutine.
