Pathetic service as paying customer I had to ask to use the washroom to get the REPLY it's locked as tho I'm a vagrant, and then proceeded to have to ask a second time to have the door to be unlocked, just to get a childish grunt and groan as tho it's such a task to unlock the facilities for use. There is no excuse for this service, this section of town isn't littered with vagrants Enough to even remotely be treated like that... for an adult employee to display an affectation isn't warranted...

I won’t be returning to this subway ever again and don’t recommend it to anyone else either! Once I got to the veggie section I had to ask for extra pickles 3 times in a row because they would only had 1 or two more on to the sandwich as well as olives and at the end I ask for my sauces on the side just to have them argue with me refusing to give me the sauces on the side embarrassing me in front of the customers that were in line behind me! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Not only was it probably the nicest location I've ever been in, with ample and comfortable seating, good food, and efficient staff, they also went the extra mile and brought over a complimentary cookie for my 5 year old! Obviously this isn't likely to happen for every customer, but you can tell this location is owned and operated by community minded people with good hearts!

Tried the brisket sub #9 from their menu and I was surprised how good it was. I usually have the chicken rancher bit decided to deviate from the norm today... glad I did. The ladies that made the sub were great, very nice and polite.

This was the worst experience of my life!! I went online to place an order and i had to try 3 times and it still wouldnt accept my order. I called the girl was rude and told me to come in and order. I went there and explained what happened to the guy working and he told me i must have done something wrong because their online ordering is working fine. The only bread they had was white and whole wheat, i had to tell him 3 times thatbi wanted lots of pickles, the debit machine wasn't working properly and to top it off, they had no bags so he handed me my subs to carry out. I told him i would never be back and he said," i can understand that." HE didnt offer me anything for my troubles, not even an apology!!!!
