i been coming here for years and i notice that when i order my tea. It always gets made with milk!!! Not cream. Your employees tell me it is, becuase it says double double...but doesnt double double mean its made with milk. Unless you hit the button on your screen to make it with cream instead. It absolutely sickening trying to explain my order and every dang time it made with milk!!! I’ve been going to this Tim hortons for years and I have never experienced the level of slow service and disorganization. Wait times are crazy. I’ve waited 20 minutes or more for my order. Today I ordered a coffee with 3 milk and 2 sugar. Not good and not delicious. It tasted like dark roast with nothing in it. Disappointing!!!!!! The homeless and drug addicts are a real problem too.

I went in today at 3pm and there was a supervisor not taking in a good manner to the trainee. She was telling to wash hand properly and the tone was in a bully manner and made me feel insure also. I wanted to speak at that time but she scared me. Ask trainer to talk in friendly manner and not bully or keep the tone down to the team members. Everyone should feel secured all the time.
