The amount of times I’ve ordered a BACON farmers wrap, but received a sausage farmers wrap instead is actually absurd (has happened about 4-5 times). Normally go on my break from work and don’t have time to go back, but I will now be checking before I pull off from the drive-thru window. Great service though.

I don’t know what kind of Crack they are feeding those employees in there . . . But man they are lightning fast! You could give them two complicated sandwiches to make and they have them both done in two seconds. Like you arrive to the window and your in shock it got done that quick!My only two requests would be1. that they give those employees a tremendous raise.2. Whatever drug they are on to get the job done so quick, could they please sell me some? I could really use it ??.

I'm come to this location everyday cause work is close, there's a girl there named Cheryl, she is the absolute best, always smiling and always ready to help. I would give no stars if that was an option. My coffee all week was made wrong, I would bring it back just to be made wrong agian. If you go at lunch time, plan on wasting your whole lunch brake waiting for them to do mobile orders first even know your there in person. I willnt be returning and recommend you do the same!!

I ordered a coffee and after me there were two more customers so employee starting making coffee for next person I requested that I need to catch the bus then he said I will do how I will do. You have to wait but logically I was first and I should get my coffee first. Very disappointing you need to work on that.

I went to a Timmies at this location yesterday Nov 20 / 23 roughly around 5:30 - 6 pm.I have been going to Timmies forever.This is the FIRST time the lady packed my Boston Cream donut ? Flat in the Bag.Usually everyone throws it in the bag & the 1/2 the Chocolate is stuck on the bag (which is a waste) but this lady placed it in the bag which I believe should be the proper way.I even told her she needs an award or something. My chai tea was also made perfect & my donut was perfect.Even though they didn’t have any smile cookie but my ☕️ & ? put a smile on my face ?.Please give this lady employee of the drive -thru award or recognition ??????????
