Decent service, a bit of a wait to be served but everything we ordered was exactly as we expected it to be, so what can I say, really?? It's a Timmies, after all, lol!! We all know what we're getting into when we go there and most of them are predictably and reliably the same as the rest; neither the best nor the worst just consistently the same service and fare no matter where you go. A solid 4/5 stars, as usual for the franchise.

Food and drinks are overpriced and often poorly made with little care. Coffee tends to be weak and watery, including the dark roast. Though there are some great servers, many consistently get orders wrong.

Perfection, ordered through the app at the location for the first time, got myself a large cold brew customized with 1 cream, 1 espresso and no cane syrup and it was 10/10 if you don’t like all the sugar that they put in ice coffees I definitely recommend trying it without.Also, got the bagel belt and they’re usually all okay made pretty consistent however, some locations over do it with the mayo. That was not the case here mayo was the right amount. My only complaint is that they need to take just a little more time packing it up as the bagel topping looked like they put it together very quickly and didn’t look.

Well I guess I'm going to be drinking less ice caps. I find out today a large just went up 55 cents. That is close to a 13% increase. I wonder what other surprises you have waiting for me on my next order.

Stopped in after a short walk on the near by trails. Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a cheese croissant with butter. Their display case shows the croissants were labelled cheese but I was told they were plain ones. Fine whatever, but they need to correct the signage for the display items. When I got the croissant there was a large amount of butter globbed on in one spot, not even spread out to cover it. I waited several minutes standingvat the counter to ask for a knife to scrape half of it off and spread it properly (I even showed her what the croissant looked like). She just said sorry and grabbed one of those wooden knives to give me. I literally removed half the butter from it. There was enough for 2 croissants. It's a simple thing spreading butter on a pastry, why can't Horton employees do it?
