If we're going to gossip and then make terrible sandwiches 8 minutes after watching you do nothing with eight people in line, don't go in that day. The host was great though.
I was quite impressed with the staff with what they have done to the little girl. They did not order anything and the little girl was pointing at their white balloon on the counter and the staff gave it to her for free after the father asked if she could have it. The smile on the little girl was priceless. Kudos to your staff. Maybe the front staff in KFC in front could use some pointers.
