I love some good BBQ, this place is near by and so I decided to give it a try.The ribs were nice and soft with a decent amount of bark, the house sauce is good but not my favorite. The ribs were meaty and goodnquality cuts. The Mac and cheese was good. Very soft noodles with a classic mac flavor. Pulled pork was good but not very juicy, and slightly chewy. Fries come with a Cajun type seasoning, which I didn't mind. The side of beans were more of a stew, which I was not expecting...read full review
"I recently discovered Uncle Sam’s BBQ house. A charming hidden gem. Despite its small size, the flavors here are huge! We tried the chicken wings and half a chicken meal, and it was simply fantastic. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.
