The food here is fabulous! I’ve had some of the pasta dishes, butter chicken, fish and chips, wings and fries and nightly specials. Such a wonderful restaurant for Brighton and Gosport area. The staff, owners and regular clientele are kind and personable. Great atmosphere , view of the lake and Presqu’ile. .

Do not waste your time or money going here. I’ve seen it posted online a couple times and live in Brighton so I figured I’d try it out .Food was terrible chicken burger, taste super odd.My mom got a steak and mashed potatoes steak looks like it was a quarter inch thick tops . Was supposed to be medium, but was over well done. But it sure was Boxed mashed potatoes. I tried the bacon wrapped scallops three of them for $18. With an odd tai sauce on them definitely did not sit well in my stomach. Best thing by far was does french fries and just your average crispy restaurant fries. The weather was nice. And service good. But was by far the worst food I bought a restaurant in a long time. WOULD NOT GO BACK . Way over priced for such low quality freezer food.

Was happy to find a marina restaurant open in February. Visited after hiking at Presquile Park. Obviously patio is closed but indoor seating is available. Parking lot was a bit icy in spots. Server was very nice, friendly and attentive, restaurant was not busy. I had the crispy chicken wrap which was very large and full, nicely wrapped. Breading on chicken was nice. Fries were delicious. Hubby had a large Greek salad. He said he said it was very bland and wouldn't order it again. Nice atmosphere, view over the frozen water this time of year but restaurant was toasty warm.

While the server was professional and gracious, she was forced to make the best of a difficult situation. The food was truly sub-par, especially for the prices demanded. Firstly, our wine glasses were dirty, covered with grey water marks. The steak looked and tasted as though it was cooked the day before and partially warmed up. Laughably, they ask how you want it prepared…any way you want as long as it’s well done! The fries tasted like fish. The bun tasted like it was toasted on a dirty grill. Not what I expected for an $80 lunch for two.

Food was awful. Husband’s wings were suspiciously off tasting (barely touched them)as was my crispy chicken wrap. Maybe it’s all cooked in same oil so tastes weird. But the flavour was off and while I didn’t even eat 1/2 of my wrap, I had weird stomach gurgles and didn’t trust leftovers. Fries were good and the waitress was a friendly character. Paid full price with a 20%tip but will never return

For such a nice location, it’s a shame this place is not worth one star. Place is dirty. Bathroom doesn’t even have a mirror? Ordered a chicken burger and it was so greasy the bun was dripping. A whooping $17.99 with a side of poutine. They comped me for the sandwich, yet charged me $12.99 for the side poutine. What a joke. I won’t be returning.

Never coming back!!! Our dog was stepped on by one of their guests as they tried to shuffle between our table and side step. The couple made a big scene about it when my dog nipped her. We offered to drive her for medical attention and was refused.This guest was extremely discriminate , racist and initially presumed we did not understand english being extremely eccentric and making very large hand actions to explain how we should throw our dog in our car while we ate at the patio. (Dog was tied up and leashed at our table)Then, I was told to leave by a server and said we were not welcomed here and the dog is not allowed on restaurant premises. We were then told we had to wait for our food because they had already started making it.Apparently, they kick people out but then are greedy enough to tell them to stay longer so they can pack your food up for the road. Pathetic.We went because of the location and we were hiking in the area. Read the reviews carefully before you go. Their food is expensive and is not really worth it.We were courteous enough to stay as requested since they would have lost money if we had just left . We waited an insane long time for our food to be cooked packed and paid for even after they threatened us and told us to leave.Pictures of the packed food are attached.The only good things were their fries. Do not get their seafood jambalaya! It had dead mussels in it and is made with pasta. Contained only mussels and shrimp + some sausage pieces along with regular tomato pasta sauce. Think the garlic bead was half a hot dog bun cut in half. NOT worth $28!!!!!We ended up paying well over 65$ for the below. Next time a burger shack would be much more satisfying .

Food is really slow and they are NOT pet friendly.Beware, mussels were questionable. 2 of the 6 we got were closed and not opened (ie not fresh and dead)There was also caesar powder or sand in our water glasses...Honestly we should had just left.Came here for the view only.
