“Called to order a medium pepperoni and two crazy breads. They say "ok, it will be about 10 minutes"30 seconds later I get a call-back saying the order's ready for pickup, and that they close in ten minutes.I get there five minutes later, and they give me the crazy bread with no pizza. And claim I never ordered pizza..? I definitely did, and the guy even read my order back to me before hanging up the first time. Definitely got the order.I understand that it was ten minutes to close and that nobody wants to make a pizza ten minutes to close, but... tell me that? Don't just say it will be ready and then surprise me with no pizza at the door?I ended up having to order pizza next door and wait another 20 minutes. I would have happily just ordered next door in the first place if I knew it was going to be an issue.Again, I really do get that nobody wants to stay late to make a pizza. But just tell us that. Don't try to claim there was never an order. Gaslighting customers isn't great business practice imo.All and all, this was a one time issue. I've have good, fast & friendly service every other time. Just bad circumstances in this case.“
“We enjoyed the outside patio.I had the pizza. It was absolutely incredible.Excellent, fast and friendly customer service.Lots of parking behind/beside the building.There were stairs at the front, not accessible, but they did claim to have a ramp if required. SighThis is the only reason for dropping my rating from a 5 to a 4. No one should feel excluded from accessing a meal.“
“Milan goes above and beyond for me and my BF each time. He always greats us by name when we end the store. He will have a small conversation well working and make us feel comfortable in the store and he always makes my pizza with lite sauce like I request! This man is a hard worker, he is always busy when I’m in the store and never standing around, always has a smile on his face and friendly.“
“The best pizza we've ever had! Compliments to the pizza makers. Excellent ingredients perfectly balanced deliciousness.We had a thin crust with Italian sausage, olives, mushrooms, bacon, and ground beef. Oregano added to the crust and pizza. Cheese just the right amount of mozzarella.“
