Placed an app order, and then I came to the pickup counter about 15 minutes after my order - it was for one burger. They had not even pushed my order through to the kitchen yet even though it was paid for on the app. Disappointing service as I wasn’t even greeted for 5 minutes. The lady behind the counter blamed it on the long weekend but it hasn’t even really started yet!

Arrived. No one at counter, all chatting in back. Finally guy shows up and stares at me so I say can I place an order? Finally the food comes and it’s on a tray and I said it’s to go. So she says I was told it was to stay, but actually nobody ever asked me.Very strange. I’ve eaten here many times before and never had this sort of odd experience. I felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Worst experience, I work 2 minutes away from restaurant so it’s the closest location. Once ordered food, chicken patties seemed not fresh. And then I keep ordering food through skip, n pasted note to add fresh patties. And this time they cancelled order. I’m also indian but ur employees r indian too and they treat their own people like they don’t care. Please get new staff rather than lazy employees n who r arrogantNever coming back
