I am so disgusted with the service I received I literally just wanted a cup of water bc I was on break and needed something to drink quickly before my break was over, they charge me 50 cents for the "cup" which is stupid already because water should be free and IS free everywhere else (the line ups were too long so I couldn't go to these other places before my break ended) plus the cups probably cost a cent to make lmfao. So I settled for the 50 cent water and they give me the smallest cup they have which is like 4cm tall and it's filled with mostly ice. I asked the manager if I could just get a large cup because that's what I thought I was paying for (bc for 50 cents it should at least be a large cup) and they refused to give me another one because they already filled the tiny one with water. I'm absolutely disgusted.

We came in late it was about 8 pm. There was a girl serving and a young boy in the back. They were preparing to Close so they were rushing. I understand as the night come to an end, the quality slips a little. But we spent almost $60 here and had to throw out the food. The fries were ice cold, the burgers were slapped together. When handing out our order the girl was not paying attention and put our food on someone else's tray, and then we had an issue because he thought we were taking his food. It was a very long wait for cold fries and rushed burgers. There was no one ahead of us when we first got there so I'm not sure how this place is run, but I would say this is a poor management issue.I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a kids meal—- they charged me for a drink. A dinky apple juice, and other A&W don’t. It’s a meal, should include everything?! The audacity of the server to say that I’m wrong because apple juice has charge?!

The employee that was working today was having an awful day lol. She was extremely rude to everyone. The people in front of me, other employees. If she wasn't serving anyone, she stood in the corner with her arms crossed over her chest. When she was calling people over rather aggressively with annoyed waving and quite frankly, crazy eyes. Her attitude was terrible.A&W has a ton of offers right now. There's a crispy chicken burger selection including a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. They also had '56 specials that featured 3 different burgers including a junior burger, which I got. I swear in the pictures it showed this as a tiny burger with things like lettuce, tomato, etc but it's just a burger with ketchup and chopped up onions. At least I got cheese put on mine too. I upgraded the fries to a poutine. These were at least pretty good. The A&W fries plus a salt gravy and chewy cheese curds equals yum!

I can’t tell you how the food was because I left before being served. A worker was serving a customer and two young ladies instead of at least greeting me, decided to openly whisper about me. Very unprofessional. I will never come back to this location.

Reached and ordered a Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger, no sauce. Around 4 people ordered after us, mostly orders twice the size, and got theirs immediately. For this one burger, it apparently took about 30 minutes. The kicker, they messed up the order and put every sauce on the burger. Never coming back, if you’re in the food court go somewhere else for food.
