Female at the register taking orders was incredibly rude to my husband when he went up to get our order. He was standing with me while ordering and was the one who paid. He told her twice it was his order and she argued with him. I had to go up to the counter and when she saw me she started giggling. I don't think anything about the situation was funny and she upset him to the point where he lost his appetite. Do better. Maybe if she would have given me my receipt or actually paid attention this could have all been avoided.

I love arbys and i make the long drive (more like pilgramge) to come here regularly. My only wish is they change out the fry oil more frequently as Im always getting a rancid taste thats found on all of their fried fare.
