Feels like an old-school pizza place, positive vibes, nice staff, and it's NOT a chain restaurant. The pizza is great and the prices are fair. I would recommend this spot.

They put VERY little cheese on their pizza, but they do put a decent amount of toppings.For context: we ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese, and it had less cheese than you would normally get at Gino's or blaze if you don't order extra cheese.If you want a plain cheese pizza, you're getting disappointment in a box, but if you want a lot of toppings all around it's not bad.

Normally I have enjoyed Artisan Pizza, however I had a bad service experience last evening.I ordered online, simple enough. Went to the pizzeria at the time I was told it would be ready and was met by a cashier attendant who was a bit goofy... no doubt trying to be funny, but it made the pick up process awkward as I didn't really know if he was being serious or not. I gave him my name and he said Neal??? No my name is Stephen - so I gave him my ordering code to make sure he went and fetched the right pizza. Received my pizza, but not my dipping sauce which I had to remind the attendant of. Got home and had a couple of pieces and started to realize this wasn't my pizza. As the winter weather was bad, I was basically too lazy to head back to the pizzeria to complain - I probably should have, although my nature is to just not do business with an establishment when I am disappointed. I received a text over an hour after the pick-up indicating my pizza was ready for pick up, pretty much confirming they had giving me the wrong one. I even received a phone call a few minutes after that saying my pizza was ready - I explained I had already picked it up, it was clear is was not intended to be mine and no, I wasn't coming in to pick up the pizza.
I've been to artisan a few times now as well as MANY pizzerias across the GTA.. I'd say artisan is among the 1 person spots that is rare and underrated. MANY spots are now over hyped due to social media but this place deserves alot more publicity. Well done.

Ordered a pizza to Joe Brant Hospital. Took a while to figure out where exactly to meet the driver outside of the hospital. The driver was extra patient with me not knowing my situation as to why I’m at the hospital. As soon as he figured out I was there because my wife just delivered our first born he got all excited for me. Awesome guy. Wish I had got his name so I can give him the praise.Pizza was also very good. Toppings were fresh. We gave our extra pizza from our two for one deal to the nurses and they loved the pizza too! Would recommend this place for sure

Disgusting and shame for Italian cuisine..dirty kitchen, inresponsible owner,toxic environment. I had to take the owner to the court in order to get back the money that he owned me..stay away!!!
