Love their Food! No marks for Atmosphere, I had it delivered, so no idea about that.Their Egg rolls were delicious! Exactly the I like them, with a crispy out shell! All ingredients are FRESH and that makes all the difference. I always recommend No Chin to anyone looking for a Good Chinese Food restaurant in Burlington!

Resurrected.. this place is one minute from our home, we had been happily ordering from there from the 2000s food was great, in the early 2010s we stopped ordering, owner had sold the place, I believe it changed hands a few times, then we heard that it was really good again and thought we would give it a try again, we have now ordered three times in 2024, great quality and quantity, value is awesome for this day in age.

Little hole in the wall place that packs much more than it looks like. Limited seating (only 3 tables available) . It was my first time there but won't be the last. Ordered from the lunch special and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size . Food was delicious, well seasoned and fresh. Hands down the best Chinese I had since moving to Ontario 3 years ago. Will definitely go back.
We placed an order for NYE two days ahead for pick up at 6:30pm. We ordered a family meal for four. Nothing complicated. Of course it was busy and we got our food half an hour late but when we got home there were no chicken balls and no lemon sauce for the lemon shrimp. The spring rolls were cold. It was a disappointment and we paid for items we did not receive. Not likely to order from here again.Update: Thank you Bo Chin for making this right. We came to a mutually beneficial resolution. We will try you again.

Pre-ordered early on Xmas eve for a 6pm pick-up time. However it seems they took so many additional orders, well beyond their capacity, and could not effectively handle such orders. So when I arrived to pick-up at 6pm there must've been 30+ other people waiting for orders as well. When I was finally able to get through some of the crowd to pick-up and pay for my order, they could not find a record of my order for several minutes and then I was informed that my order would be another 20-30 minutes. They suggested I leave and they will call me when ready. I left, and having not heard from them for 45 minutes I returned only to find many of the same people still waiting. With folks chatting I overheard that one person ordered 3 weeks in advance for a 5:30pm pick-up time and their order was still not ready at 7pm. I waited an additional 20 minutes, and knowing alternative restaurants were already likely closed or soon to close (it was Xmas eve) I needed to think about a Plan B. Around 7:30pm I inquired about the status of my order only to find out that it hadn't even been started and they suggested it could take another 45 minutes or so. That would be 2hrs and 15mins beyond the time I requested, so I cancelled and sadly, since most other places were closed by this time, my family had to settle on pizza. The folks at this restaurant were beyond unprepared and disorganized. Their ability to manage their order in-takes and to provide customers with a reasonable estimated time for orders to finally be complete, was appalling. I was so discouraged and disappointed by this that I will NEVER return and highly suggest people avoid ordering from here (especially during peak times).

If this doesn't change your mind, keep reading my review.I pre-ordered for New Years' Eve for 7PM and they didn't have my food ready. They said they would have our food ready in 40 minutes, I came back and had to wait forty more in line to find out they didn't have my food ready. Another customer had the nerve to say I should expect this, which was a big slap in the face, I expected to wait, I didn't expect not to get my food after an hour and twenty minutes.I didn’t want to wait anymore because I had two kids home that had New Years Eve plans this fiasco was putting on hold for them, plus I cannot drive at night and my daughter was using up her gas driving us around killing time to come back in 40 minutes, so I demanded my money back. This experience wasted our whole evening, we ended up getting pizza from Domino's.When we arrived home, they called our house and hung up because my daughter had to put them on hold because I was in the washroom. I called back and they said they made a mistake. They called again at almost 10 PM to offer deliver to my home and I could pay at the door. This was a clear attempt to get their money back and avoid food waste since they claim they finally made my food three hours too late.I will never order from them again and I strongly warn everyone else to do the same. They have no idea what they're doing and refused to apologize or make up to us in any way that is timely or acceptable. They should have offered to deliver when I first got there, instead of making my daughter waste her gas on driving back for nothing apart from a refund and later have the nerve to ask for that money back for food that's three hours too late and medicore at best, after we've already eaten.
