We were seated here for lunch & it took 20 mins just to get a drink menu then another 20 for our drinks. The cocktail I got was the margarita & it was very pepper tasting and not that good. The menu changes/updated so I was excited to try as we have been beee before and loved food. The appetizer tasted very microwaved & was changed a little bit. Our mains were fine . But the service we got was very bad. Our main server was very busy , as I noticed probably due to the fact the other girls were seen hiding by kitchen on the cell phones. When we had our mains delivered we asked for water that never came. Not the best experience.

Came here to grab a quick bite to eat and a drink on the patio. We ordered the pear and brie appetizer, which was absolutely amazing!! We also took advantage of their 2-5pm special and ordered 1bs of wins and fries. Paired out meal with 2 cocktail drinks, which were also amazing. The only thing that we found needs improvement is the service. It took forever to place our order and it was pretty slow (as in there were only maybe 3 other tables being served aside from ours). Otherwise, I highly recommend it! We'll definitely try out the breakfast menu next time.

I ordered the Spicy Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich and was highly disappointed. The breading was burnt and the chicken was dry. I asked the server to check with the kitchen if this was an error and if it was supposed to be this dark/burnt. She came back and said the kitchen said that it was normal and that to ensure the chicken is fully cooked it gets that colour. If this is truly the case, the recipe or cooking method should be altered as the taste of the sandwich and juiciness of the meat was sacrificed. Hopefully someone at the restaurant can take this feedback and improve. On the bright side, the servers I interacted with were lovely.

I like this restaurant and it is one of my go to places downtown Burlington. Olivia was a great server...i like the steak salad but it was average at best last night. Steak was tough and could barely cut it with a steak knife and it was served on a bed of lettuce...only lettuce and red onions...nothing else in the salad - no tomatoes, no mushrooms - nada. a 9 oz glass of wine was $18...should have ordered a bottle. That is crazy price. Wont do that again.

I have been to many restaurants and bars and I can say by far that the Brant Pump & Patio is the worst restaurant I have been to. The quality of food and service is nothing compared to the other Pump locations. We were a group of 7 and decided to go to the Brant Pump & Patio on Saturday night for dinner. We ordered some nachos as a starter and what we were served didn't even look like nachos. It seemed like the kitchen staff had never heard of nachos. They just threw some chips on a plate melted some cheese on them and threw in some raw tomatoes and green peppers. We decided to not judge and just wait for our food. Our food came about 15 minutes after but instead serving everyone at once they decided to serve half of us and then bring the food for the rest of us 45 minutes after. We complained to the server and I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that there was no manager present that night. The server suggested that I leave my phone number so that the manager could contact me next day when they actually come to the restaurant. A week has past and nobody called me. So that's why I've decided to leave this negative review for this restaurant. No one from our group will ever step foot in this Pump.If you want to go to a Pump, just drive a bit and go to the Oakville or Mississauga locations.

I ordered the lobster ravioli and when it arrived, I counted five stuffed ravioli. It was roughly $26 for something that was the size of an appetizer. Easy to say that I'll never be ordering or eating at this restaurant again.

Went with family on mother's day. We ordered the pretzel to start which was greasy and the cheese sauce looked like it had split. Our mains were acceptable, though the new waitress made a few errors with the orders - didn't realize until I got home and looked at the receipt that she had charged us for what we ordered, but not what we received. Also, she pre-added the tip on the pos. Not sure if that is a policy there for a party of four but didn't see it written anywhere. For what we paid, we can find better quality for that price point elsewhere.

10 out of 10. These were the best wings I've had in a very long time. The grill kissed finish was a nice touch! Highly recommend the tequila lime (believe me) and the cajon - but would have every flavor again! Service was also exceptional! Can't wait to go back

Had dinner here tonight and had Chef Craig’s Smoked Duck Fettuccine, it was absolutely amazing!! So good I ordered his other two features for takeout. Service by Rachel, Kate and even the hostess Sam was impeccable. One of my favourite spots downtown always!

Geriatric at it's finest. The crowd is full of locals that take up the whole bar area and some don't wash as body odour is rampant and disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone as you will be disappointed. Lots of overweight people drinking and bla bla bla. Seems to me these people come here all the time as they get along with the bar staff. Must be the regulars.

My wine arrived in a glass with at least 2 lipstick prints on it - gross. The nachos order was not cooked in the middle, cheese was not melted at all. Next time will go to the Queen’s Head just around the corner.
