Food is the usual. Quick eat, nothing special. However, the staff here was pretty trash. The girls seem like they hate their lives. I understand though, not like this is an ideal job. Though it is a job, it's a good idea to add a decent bit of customer service in there.

Last Saturday around 7:30 pm my family went to eat at this Burger King and there was a Indy girl who was cleaning the washroom and after she started cleaning the dining room she was giving me bad looks just because I believe she didn’t want us to be there, so I wonder if she doesn’t like her job she should look for something else cause you can't clean early and not expect people to eat there, I believe they are use to get paid by doing anything.

Last time at Burger King I had a bad experience but during that visit I noticed an advertisement for a breakfast burger that looked really good and vowed I would try it but at a different location.. today I tried to order it, first I tried to order it from the app but couldn't find it so I had to go in. Again I saw the advertisement and ordered it, she didn't know what I was talking about.I pointed out the picture then she tried to find it on her till but she said she couldn't. She said there was one on the lunch menu but it would cost $14. I said forget it and ordered something else which when i got that it was a wrong sandwich but too late because I had already left.

I have always loved BK, bias here as well, I used to work at one. If you're able to, ask for it fresh. Sometimes I ask if the chicken sandwich can stay in the fryer longer, about another minute, tastes great. The only thing I don't like is that you used to be able to get extra everything or add a topping without any charge. They now charge for extra for anything or if you ask for Heavy All.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper and veggie whopper.

Staff are inattentive. Came in for a Whopper Combo on Whopper Wednesday. I only received the burger. Got it fixed after a minor discussion.After I had eaten my meal, I went back to the drink station to get some water for my drive home (two hours away). The water button got stuck in the open position. There was water going all over the place. I informed the staff about it, but they didn’t seem to care (even though water was going everywhere). The food was good and the atmosphere was okay.

Wrong order yet again, asked for no pickles, no mayo and no tomatoes, all 3 things were on it, now I have to drive 20 minutes (wasting my time AND gas) back there to refund my order as I cannot eat it being allergic to pickles and mayo. I don't know why it's so hard to get an order correct when I was the only customer in the drive through. The person put the order in correctly but whoever made it cannot read basic instructions. Drove all the way back, machine wasn't showing it so could not get my refund on the visa and was given cash, tried to give me 3 cents less than my order was and when I said I wasn't taking a 3 cent hit on their mess up I was given an eye roll and sigh before I was given the nickel. This is the 3rd time they've gotten the order wrong this week and it's not a very busy location. I will not be purchasing anything from that location anymore and you should find another location to go to instead if you want the correct order.
