I came there on my vacation to Ontario. It was nice and there service was good until the manager got bothered by having weed on hand at the bar. Said we were cut off because we smoked weed and then got management to threaten to call the police, multiple times, stated that we smoked legal weed. We didn't smoke weed. We got physically kicked out and the person who said they were the owner thew our bag out onto the parking lot. The person who said they were the owner of the bar then threw my backpack with my laptop, onto the parking lot like it was a discus and he was a champion. The entire uncut wideo is available showing because ownership and staff throwing our bags into the parking lot. Monday April 1st. On camera at the restaurant in case there is confusion.

Very pleasant and helpful waitress Clarence. Thank you very much . Food is good. Greek salad is fresh?? we ask for medium meat, but cooker gave well done. Not salted meat, burgers was a dry, and it feels a little like the meat was grilled on a grill that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. But the waitress offered to make a different burger. That's a big plus? Fries was good? Brought the order very quickly despite the fact that there were a lot of people there

Great steak & lobster dinner thursday night.Was suprised how good it was, but was blown away with Eda's service ! Didn't haveto ask for anything. She anticipated whateverwe needed. Wished we lived closer. Thanks !

We arrived at 830pm. We did not receive our meal until 9:30pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, aside from the people having beers around the bar watching the games. We chose Chucks because we had a super busy day, had a late start to our night, were really hungry, and figured this would be good and relatively fast.... 1 hour to get our food... 1 hour!!! At an empty restaurant... what the holy hell.... Easy orders. 1 top sirloin, 2 fillet mignons, 1 with lobster. The two fillet mignons were medium rare, the top sirloin was well done. The top sirloin came over cooked and dried out BEYOND well done. I imagine they forgot it, along with the rest of our food, and that added to the delay. We were literally dying of hunger. We came close to standing up and leaving. We had to call the waitress over at one point to ask like "????"... she KNEW, from 15 feet away she goes "3 more minutes"... another 20 minutes.... we finally get our food. We ate it. She checked in a few times, which is fine, we don't like having someone hovering over us. But when we were done, she was nowhere to be seen. We had to again wait a chunk to ask for our bill.I expect slow service at a full restaurant, during peak times. But 9pm on a week day. I will have to think twice about going here next time.

Worst dinning experience I've had in a while. My partners food was not cooked and overcooked. The streak was way undercooked (like blue) and the lobster tail was way overcooked.All of our fries were overcooked. We asked for new fries, which never came.We waited for over an hour for our food and was still expected to pay for the items we didn't eat (fries that were overcooked).I've been to the Burlington location before and have never had an issue with the quality of food. I brought friends visiting from the States, and it was an absolute disappointment. I'm completely ashamed I brought them to this location.

Four of us on a Wednesday afternoon around 3PM the original server was very friendly and efficient and then I guess a shift change occurred. Second server not so friendly and when we placed the order and I asked for Mayo on the side she had a bit of an attitude and told us we would have to pay extra for that. This is the first time in a restaurant/bar that I’ve been asked to pay extra for May….what a joke. The wings were below average and had hardly any sauce on them and also the sauce was a little weird, not the traditional buffalo wings style sauce. We all agreed that it was not very good and sadly were all disappointed and figured we will not go there again.
Oh holly, holly, holly how i miss you so dear. I had the best time at chucks roadhouse at appleby line and it was made even better by the amazing server holly. What a queen she is the way she walked with so much grace and pristege. I will be back and most definitely will be requesting my former queen.
