ordered some chicken fingers, when I got my sweet and sour sauce I noticed a little hole in the top and half of the sauce was gone. I looked in the container and it was filled with maggots. Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered a mushroom cheese burger at first I thought it was 4 patty I didn't like it and added a charge extra onions rings I didn't liked either onion.rings so thin and grassyAnd so expensive ? no choice of a salad

This is the worst DQ location. Service is slow and unfriendly. Ordered 2 blizzards and received ice cream with very little toppings at the very top of the cup. We are sick of being ripped off at this location and will drive further to get way better ice cream and service from now on. Super disappointing!!!!

My daughter left her purse here it had money and gift cards from her birthday. We didn’t realize until days later and we called they had it and kept it in the managers office! Thank you for making this kid super happy today.

Honestly, this was my first hot food from Dairy Queen. Boy, did they not fail to disappoint my first experience. Did a drive thru at 8:30pm. Line was long and slow. Onion ring was great, but burger was terrible. The cook was too generous with mustard and little of other condiments, so you can imagine how that taste. It was nice that the staff didn't need me to give up my coupon, but I can't allow myself to waste any more money to this franchise's hot food.

Really bad experience the customer service in DT wasn’t friendly at all took about 10 minutes for two ice creams and only had 2 cars in front of
Ordered 2 blizzards through Skip. Both of the Blizzards they sent were wrong flavor. Not even similar. I called the store repeatedly until they answered. The guy said the driver only picked up one order (mine) so it couldn’t be wrong. He said the employees there don’t make mistakes because he knows them. This is the type of customer service you get from certain types of people!!

Loved my cake. The Happy Birthday comes by default, and I asked them if they could write my custom message in matching colours and font. Turned out super cute ☺️ Thanks for going the extra step!

Just tried to fix an order they messed up and not only did the miserable man behind the counter refuse to help me but he tried every which way to avoid doing anything to rectify the mistake. They are rude and dirty at this location . Every order there is an issue and every time they are disrespectful and lazy. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this location not only for customer service but for food safety as well as it is beyond filthy and a health hazard to the community. The owner and workers should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been coming to this location with my family off and on for about 5 years since I live close by, but I’ve decided that I’m going to go to Oakville from now on when I want DQ. I have yet to meet one friendly employee that smiles and gives good customer service. When you go through the drive through they basically throw your ice cream at you and the outside of the cup is always covered in dripping ice cream and is a sticky mess. There is no care taken with anything and the customer is not considered. Going in the store is no better. Avoid if you can, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
