had an amazing conversation with the young lady working today. super friendly girl and knows how to make me laugh. I didn't know what to order and she recommended the mango pineapple smoothie. It was amazing, much better than the McDonalds one. Also very fast service!
Always understaffed and questionable cleanliness but overall a good place for a treat!

I don't usually write poor reviews however after my second frustrating experience with this store and no reply to a request from the manager I decided to share my experience. We placed an order for a custom blizzard cake on a Monday, the employee said they would call us to let us know IF they can make the cake or not. No call back, I tried for three days to reach the store and the phone just rang and rang, no machine and no one ever picked up. I gave up and went into the store on Saturday to see if they had the cake ready. No cake, and no call to let us know it couldn't be done. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager was told he was not in but would be in later in the day. I left my contact information no call back. So we ended up buying a cake off the shelf but not the one we gave them almost a weeks' notice to make and no response from anyone. If you need a cake for special event I wouldn't suggest buying here as they don't seem to care about customer service at all. Also this the second time we have had this experience.
