This was one of my go-to spots but sadly I don't think I will ever be going back. They have severely downsized the menu to brownies, waffles, pancakes, and only do takeout and catering. We settled for the platter but I wouldn't eat it again - all of the baked goods were stale, the brownies were tasteless, the pancakes were weirdly salty. The chocolate fondue doesn't even taste as good anymore. We were very disappointed and would not recommend.

My family and I love going to Dip n Dip whenever we go we felt welcomed and right at home. There is a girl working over there Madison she is the Manager of the Café, she is so nice to customers and has a welcoming natureThe menu offers an incredible variety of options, i was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in every dish.I still remember when I came for the first time I was so confused what to order but the Madison( manager )She helped with suggesting me the best Biscoff crepe and belgian lava cake ? , my kids loved it so much .The service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure I had everything I needed with a smile.Dip n Dip has amazing ambiance , it is the perfect spot for a relaxation ?

The only star goes to the 2 ladies (only employees on site on a SATURDAY NIGHT) that do literally everything.Poor staffing and management. We waited for over ONE HOUR to get our food... this is not acceptable. The employees didn't even have enough time to clean the tables. We had to clean a table ourselves and put all the dirty dishes on the table next to us (adding to the pile) and that table wasn't yet cleaned when we left 90 minutes later!Good food but extremely poor management. Schedule more employees! It's cruel to your staff and damages your customer service. I hope you care!

This place is our number want to go to we travel from Saint Catherine’s at least once a week and the best treat of all is when were served by Madison. She is one of the managers here, but she always is eager to help definitely a genuine person to work with she keeps the atmosphere alive, and the staff smiling, bravo Madison !!

Very disappointing experience. We tried to order an Alaskan Waffle, but were told they didn't have the equipment to make it. We ended up ordering a "make your own" waffle dipped in chocolate, with biscoff and brownies. Very bland, no flavour, and stale. Also very expensive. Will not be back.

Very disappointed. No prices posted, only 2 menus, only 2 female employees on at the front to do everything (long wait), rather expensive for what you do get… I wanted almond milk for my coffee but they were out (and it’s in the menu), bathroom needed to be cleaned, …just overall was not enjoyable. The food was just okay… nothing special.

We have been a regular customer here for years and we moved away to Sudbury. Now we had visited the area and thought this place is really good we must go.What a disappointment! The service wasn’t great. The signage menu was blank and not even chocolate bags ready to be bought. We had ordered the brownie crepe to go and got the chocolate on the side. The chocolate tasted great but the crepe was thicker then the brownie that was inside. What a waste of time and money. I would not visit again especially driving 5 hours.

I remember when they first open we love to order the pirámide puff and as the years go by is getting smaller and smaller they almost look like mini pancakes and the price keeps on increasing. Maybe stop buying expensive packaging material and keep on focusing what you guy use to do best!!! My own by humble opinion

If you like chocolate. You NEED. And I mean, NEED, to try this place. I was genuinely impressed with everything! Everything is so nice, so tidy, so clean, and the food is incredible. I got some hot chocolate and let me tell you it's some of the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. I 200% will be coming back!!

When they named this place, dipndip, they really live up to the name. The desserts are super sweet. They really topped it with sweet ingredients including caramel sauce, buttermilk, icings. And they give you chocolate dip on the side.Definitely get yourself a black coffee or something to balance your taste buds.

Good place for desserts, my husband and I went on a date, ordered chocolate lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a slice of cheese cake. Hit the spot!

They had only one person working, it too for ever to get the orders. The food was good, and the portions were big.I tried their fettuccine crêpe and it wasn’t bad however I’ve had much better one in other places

Awful customer service. My family came in a couple weeks ago to order a dessert box worth $70 to bring to our grandpa's retirement home, to which they were told that they had to place that order online. It was not clear online how to do this, and the staff wasn't willing to help so we walked out. Easy $70 gone simply due to bad customer service!
