The donuts are amazing. You get to choose from a bunch of unique flavours which are all so delicious. I came in during a random rush and the two ladies were running around making sure everyone's order was complete, the store was clean, and everyone left happy. Truly made me feel appreciative for how hardworking they are. As someone who has worked food before, I know just how hard it is during a rush, all the while having a smile on your face and providing everyone with a positive experience. I've come here lots before and only will continue to because of their hospitality and amazing donuts!!

Oh my goodness came from Hamilton to Duck Donuts for the first time and the donuts and milkshakes are amazing so delicious. Very friendly staff, definitely will be back and bought some duckies too

Great place. Bought some donuts for my co-workers. They loved them. They make the donuts fresh right in front of you which is amazing and definitely worth the waiting an extra 5 minutes or so.

I called the shop five minutes to close and asked if they would hold some donuts for us but that I would be there after close. Not only did the gentleman stay open for me, he customized what we wanted. The ratings are 5 because of the service being next to none but the donuts are really good too !
